I seriously dont know why people have nothing better to do but to go on google and write stupid reviews on things they know nothing about. This business has been in "business" for years BECAUSE of the great pizza and wide variety of foods they have with authentic italian, "Hits home" taste. Granted I wish they were cheaper, but not once has the staff been rude to me. They made a mistake once with a new worker who told me the wrong price on something but they accommodated me, with a order of free garlic gnots (Best garlic knots around btw!). I order from this place tons of times through out the year and 99.9% of the time I have no complaint about this place aside from price. But for good food, and prompt delivery, its worth it. You want better food you have to pay thats just how it is. I have no qualms, this is a real authentic customer. Not some scrub wanting to just demeanor the restaurant or even to hype it up, I am giving an honest opinion here. I would suggest this place any day of the week if your looking for pizza, all these other people putting complaints either A) Sound Butthurt over nothing or B) Dont know what good food tastes like.

FOOD IS OKAY, but after this place has been in business for awhile they decide to change AND THE STAFF IS RUDE!!! FOR EXAMPLE NOW THEY HAVE A $3.00 DELIVERY CHARGE AND IF YOU PAY WITH A DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD THEY CHARGE YOU 3.5% MORE ON TOP OF YOUR BILL THAT IS ALREADY TAXED IN THIS LOVELY STATE!!! THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL TO DO. WHO THE HELL CARRIES CASH AROUND ANYMORE IN THIS WORLD TODAY!!? REAL NICE WE ORDERED FROM THERE SO MANY TIMES AND GAVE BIG TIPS AND THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT THEIR REPEAT CUSTOMERS.... THEN WHEN I CALL AND QUESTION IT... I WAS TOLD I HAD AN OUT DATED MENU... WTF IS UP WITH THAT????? YOU THINK THE DRIVER WOULD BRING A NEW MENU EVERY TIME HE DELIVERS TO SOMEONE WELL IM DONE ORDERING FROM THERE PERMANENTLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS FOOD IS NOT WORTH PAYING THAT MUCH EXTRA MONEY FOR. IF A PLACE WANTS TO STAY IN BUSINESS AND KEEP THE CUSTOMERS THEY HAVE HAPPY, THEY SHOULD NOT MAKE THE CUSTOMER PAY THEIR CREDIT CARD FEES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CREDIT CARD FEES COME ALONG WHEN YOU OWN A BUSINESS AND SHOULD NOT BE PASSED ONTO THE CUSTOMER!

From the first time I ate lunch at Slice of the Bronx I was in love with the food. I love the fact that the salads are made with mixed green lettuce instead of iceberg lettucewhich has no nutritional value which is what most places use. I love the fact that all the Italian dishes are authentic. My favorite appetizer is hands down are the garlic knots and my favorite dish is definitely the eggplant rolltini. Even the pizza has a great flavor compared to other pizza I have tried at other places. I think it was great how one time I went there for dinner and had a special request for a dish I wanted. One of the cooks personally came out to talk to me about exactly how i wanted it and it was delicious. I tell all my friends about how great the food and the service is at Slice of Bronx. The atomsphere is great too for a family meal or even a romantic dinner.

Ive ordered from here before and the pizza was alright and I never had any issues. However I recently placed a deliver order and I live 1/4 mile down the road at most and the pizza arrived undercooked and cold. I also ordered a large pizza with two toppings and a two liter of soda which with tax should have only came to $21. They charge me 27.50 and refused to accept that they made a mistake in ringing me up when the math is clearly wrong. I was very understanding at first because everyone makes mistakes but the way they handled it was unacceptable and then they delivered the pizza cold and undercooked. I will not be going there anymore...

Fantastic Food & Desserts Just in the area for a few months- Ive ordered delivery here 4 times. Tried the following dinners: Salmon Basilco, Veal Marsala, Chicken Marsala, Eggplant Rollatini, Eggplant Hero and ALL were amazing. I always custom order with sauce on the side so it is not too salty (low sodium diet) Courteous and helpful over the phone - all orders are prepared fresh. Garlic knots are perfection and the Cannolis are made right before they go out the door. Salads are fresh and I order the pasta side dish with olive oil and garlic. Just finished the dinner from there and it was ecstasy.

A family of 6......weve ordered a few times from Slice Of The Bronx Pizza ....on average 5 pies (pizza) each time....they deliver and were convenient as our vehicle was in the shop.....the pizza was JUST OK....nothing to "write home about"....there was nothing about the service, price or pizza that set them apart from any other pizza place weve tried ...... the price was approximately $70-$80 for the 5 pies depending on your toppings......

The food is good however their customer service skills are null and void. Not once did they get an order right, pick up or delivery. The workers are very rude, they have had to give us free food over and over again for their constant mistakes and disrespectful employees. No one takes responsibility for the issues in their service so I know its not going to get any better. i will never go to this place again.

Hidden Gem Cozy chic ambiance we tried the bronx supreme which was full of flavor. The ingredients super fresh the homemade sauce blend of vegetables and other toppings meshed perfectly. Perfect place for date night or a family evening out. Cant wait to go back super friendly staff everything prepared fresh.

Stopped in as I was just driving by abd had a slice of the chicken bacon ranch. It was some of the best pizza I have ever had. Not to mention the waitress was very friendly and very outgoing for just getting a slice of pizza. I would recommend anyone that is out this way stop in for a slice!!

The best pizza I have had since moving to CT from the Bronx. Authentic style and the staff is helpful and pleasant. Their Cannolis are awesome, too. We usually pick up, but their delivery is always prompt when weve had our pie delivered. Makes me homesick for the Bronx!

Food is very fresh and tasty and there is a great selection of different pizzas as well as dinners that is very reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and would suggest to anyone. It is BYOB which I like and feel it brings some personal touches to it.

Havent been here in a year according to Google. Love the garlic knots, I always get the chicken parm, Im a creature of habbit, its always good. Looking at other peoples plates all the specials look good. And they have Foxon Park!
