Went to the drive thru, ordered a tasty turkey on potato bagel. Checked before we left and it was a totally different sandwich with red sauce and bacon. Went in with detailed order receipt to get it corrected, asked for a free cookie to help make up for it. Figured the sandwich was fine, opened it up at home...its on a cheesy bagel and it has no sprouts (which make it so special to me). Tomatoes were tripled up and they werent ripe; cucumbers were boarderline bad...yep...hint of sour. Then I looked at the color and they were too yellow to seem right to eat. The overall make of the sandwich was sloppy and unevenly layered. The cookies said to sell by 7/3, two days later than the day I got them, but the last day to sell should have been today...boarderline hard and two min too long in the oven. Not a happy pregnant lady...hopefully service improves since the location is so great.

My wife and I come to this location frequently for breakfast. Food is delicious but, the service is severely putrid. We have learned you do not go through the drive thru here because, for one it takes a very long time and the order is rarely correct. We have experienced a 30 minute wait for 2 sandwiches only to have it completely wrong. There always seems to be a lot of people working on staff and yet everything takes forever. I would not recommend going to this location at all if your in a time crunch and if you do double check your order before leaving or eating it.

Its really funny how terrible the staff is. I ordered, which took too long. Id say large, and hed ask what size. Etc. and then I get to the window and the staff is talking crap about your order. Really funny folks. Paid, and it took them 10 minutes to get me change, which meanwhile my husband and I heard a LOT of crap talk, so we asked for a refund, which took another 5 minutes. 15 minutes waiting for food I didnt get. And the staff just happily sent away a paying customer, and pissed off everyone waiting 20+ minutes in the drive thru! Congrats guys!

Ordered a new sandwich. They did not have the ingredients, so they thought it would be a good idea to make a sandwich consisting of a bunch of random ingredients for me. I was only told they did not have the ingredients for what I wanted after I was given the random sandwich and then questioned what they had given me (which was a pile of pesto in the middle of a bagel, under lox with guacamole on top). Very slow service and zero care given when making sandwiches. Ive had issues here before, this will be the last time I deal with this location.

The food is really good here. I havent had any negative experiences with the quality or accuracy of their product. However, their drive-thru wait times are outrageous! I went through this morning around 10:30am and I was in line for a total of 35-40 minutes. When I finally got up to the window, the cashier apologized and said that the person ahead of me had 20 some sandwiches. It would be great if they would limit the use of the drive-thru to customers ordering less than 5 sandwiches.

I like caribou coffee and LOVE Einstein so this place is really convenient! I have been through twice and both times the staff have been really friendly. They are still new so there are some hicups...but nothing that wont be fixed naturally in the next few months as they get more staff and get finished setting up. Bagels are REALLY good and I love the breakfast bagels. I have not been in the store so I can not speak to that but so far the drive though has been good!

Not only is this the worst run Caribou location but it has to be the worst run coffee shop on earth. Since I live nearby and love the caribou chain I keep coming back hoping for even one good experience. Im done. Service is slow at best, the attitude of the workers is piss poor, my order is never right, and they seem to try and keep the whole store cooled to freezer temps. I guess we will stick to the local Starbucks or visit other caribou locations. What a joke.

This is by far one of the worst Caribou & Einstein I have ever seen. I absolutely love Caribou Coffee and so this is very disappointing since this one is closet to my house. :( Everytime I go there they mess up my order or my coffee doesnt taste right. I feel like the employees are very nice but they under trained and disorganized. I will not be returning to this Caribou & Einstein ever. :( I will drive out of my way to go to a different one.

Everytime that i buy bagels at this location, they seem to have an issue with slicing my bagels. My order is usually to go, so i dont know until its too late. There have also been several times that the bagels have not been baked for long enough and are raw. I recommend that you go to a different location or chain altogether. On a side note the coffee at this location tastes fine and the employees are usually very friendly.

Nice staff, but this place has inherent problems. The staff is very unknowledgeable about their coffee. They didnt even know the names of their own roasts. The coffee prices are also overpriced in comparison to even Starbucks. Their pastries and good, and the lounge is nice, but these are the only highlights of this location. Overpriced coffee, good pastries, and an unknowledgeable staff.

We were so exited for the place to open and have been so disappointed since. Why is there never a manager that can help. Today at 8:00am there are only 2 ladies working!!! Food came out wrong, drinks took 25 mins. I have been to many Einstein and Caribou establishments that have it together, maybe some corporate help to make this place what is should be.

The coffee was good, the food was ok, the staff were awesome. I went in early June and the air conditioning was so cold you could see your breath, literally. We were all dressed for the beautiful day, and then ended up in Arctic conditions because there was no more outside seating. Anyway, its a fine coffee place but its uncomfortable. Bring a jacket.

New store that is completely disorganized and poorly run. Do not leave the store or drive through without opening your order and checking each part. Waits are long for even simple orders. The food is good when / if you get the right order. They do not double check orders and do not try very hard to "make it right" when they do make mistakes.

The staff is incredibly nice. The food is great and comes out in a reasonable time. But there has to be some way to increase efficiency with drinks. Sometimes I order my food here, and then go across the street to Starbucks for coffee just because it seems to take less time. I love the bagels. Just wish I could drink my coffee with them!

Tasty turkey was great! Service was very slow and cashier didnt know what an espresso was... it took close to 10 minutes to get the espresso and the restaurant was empty. Music was too loud and it did not have that warm welcoming feel. Very clod, loud and not inviting. Einstein missed the mark on the design of this store.
