I came to this place to support a local business. I thought I would try this place out based on the good reviews. I ordered 3 dozen cupcakes and 1 smash cake for my sons 2nd birthday 1.5 weeks ahead of time. Sent my husband to pick up the cupcakes and found out they only made a dozen of the cupcakes and the smash cake. My husband ask them for the other 2 dozen we ordered and they tell him that we only ordered 1 dozen, they then take the order form out and proceed to argue and point at the order form and say see you only ordered 1 dozen. She then says Ohhhhh and reads where it clearly says 3 dozen cupcakes. Does not apologize and says come back I will have the rest for you in 5 minutes. They then call us on the phone after we left the store and ask if we want a different flavor because they did not have the flavor we ordered in the size we ordered and would switch it for a different flavor but in a larger size and give it to us at the same price we were going to originally pay. How do I pay my original quoted price for cupcakes I didnt even order..???? I cannot give giant cupcakes to a bunch of little kids!! That is why I placed a special order in the first place. Still no apologies at this time. The owner argues with me the entire time. I asked her to compensate for the mistake and she flat out says "we dont take a loss. We are a business based on dollars." She then had the audacity to say take your business somewhere else. So I took my business somewhere else. Only 2 hours before my party I found a place that made me exactly what I wanted and gave me a free smash cake because Delight me sweet refuse to own up to their mistakes and apologize. This is my first and last time here!

Horrible customer service. Would NOT recommend doing business here. The owner would not own up to her mistake. She told me nothing is perfect in life. Tell me how someone can misread the order and only produce less than half of the order and not admit they made the mistake. Also, who puts the blame on the customer?? Our only mistake was choosing this place. She asked us to take our business elsewhere instead of trying to rectify the problem.. and this was all 1 hour before a party and the order was placed 2 weeks in advance.

Good price, especially on Tuesdays! Cupcakes are very spongy and all of them are the same in that way. I like the triple chocolate, mint, and German chocolate. The blueberry was a disappointment...just white cake with white frosting that has all been dyed blue. No discernable taste of blueberry...and no actual blueberries. I was surprised that a real bakery would resort to extracts and flavors and food dyes over actual ingredients. If you go here just stick to normal cupcake flavors that they have....those are good.

Really love coming to this place to work. Awesome coffee (vanilla chai latte personally) and AMAZING breakfast bagels. Really nice seating and free WiFi make for a great work environment. I live 45 minutes away and will pass 50 Starbucks just to work here. Did I mention they bake amazing cupcakes? Super clean and friendly staff. If youre looking for coffee, something to eat or just a place to work, Delight me Sweets is your destination!

We ordered a cake from Delight Me Sweets for my sons birthday. the cake was more than i couldve imagined. The cake was exactly like the picture that I showed her and the cost was a fraction of the price of anywhere else that I contacted. I have used her for everything since ordering the cake and will continue to use Delight Me Sweets as our go to bakery both professionally and personally.

Customer service is terrible and the owner was very rude. I wouldnt want to do any business with a place that is so disrespectful and doesnt care about their customers. They didnt own up to their mistake and apologize for what had happened. I dont recommend this place, especially if youre planning on throwing a party and having a big order.

Weve been here several times and its not always pleasant but today we found 2 hairs in our cinnamon rolls and when we took it the register all we were told was, "sorry, guess thats what happens when its homemade". Not want a cupcake or your money back

My favorite cupcake place! Delight me Sweets has the best Boston Cream cupcakes Ive ever eaten, and my kids love their cupcakes, too. Theyre going to be doing my daughters sweet 16 birthday cake, too--shes excited for that!
