My experience here was similar to other guests. No one greater me as I walked in. After waiting to be acknowledged by anyone i took a seat where I could and watched servers walk by for a good 20-25 minutes before someone finally noticed I didnt even have a drink in front of me (a clear indication to any server that I hadnt been helped, which unless servers dont have sections and its a total free for all I could understand but I doubt this was the case). When I finally got to order food took 40 minute, and came out wrong. I didnt have a chance to tell my server as she never came back. I waited another twenty minutes before I got up and had the bartender cash me out. Im all down for giving leeway as I work in the industry but this is a shining example of how not to run a restaurant. I decided not to write a review at that time but I thought I would give them another try and order something to go but for the past two hours nobody has bothered answering the phone. I even know one of the waitresses personally there but that wont be enough to bring me back. Sorry Alexa!

This is about as close as it gets to a neighborhood bar for me, and Ive been about a dozen times now. Its pretty alright! Its decorated like a sports bar, but its always clean and has a slight modern twist. The beer selection is good, and you can get basic mixed drinks (no specials). The food deserves its own paragraph. You are not going to get a good light meal here, but if its red meat, garlic, and other heavy bar food youre in the mood for, youre in luck. They have a philly cheesesteak pizza with ranch dressing, for Christs sake. The good news is that for the most part, these recipes are successful. The bad news is that the preparation isnt especially good. The pizza feels a bit doughy, the sandwiches a bit stale, the fries (garlic, naturally) previously frozen. Its not bad by any means, but its not great. All in all, Ive never felt unwelcome here. You could fare much worse when looking for a place to drink beer while watching a game.

Walked in around 7:30 to eat with a group of 9 and 2 babies, without realizing my first time this was a bar bar yet called a grill as welI I would have gone somewhere else with the babies, however the staff was completely rude and not welcoming, One of the servers even said ," well we usually dont have babies in a bar so no we dont have a sling for the car seat", in a very rude demeaning way. First of all I was offended and the fact that the server felt the need to judge and be rude to me and my sister in law and our whole family when we were going to pay to eat and we tip well. Very dissapointed that this is not a family welcoming establishment when its also a "grill", we will not be going here again nor will our whole softball team that was also coming and was dissapointed by the situation. We will take our business somewhere else thoroughly dissapointed.

I dont know if I have only been here on off days, but I have been here 3 times and each time Ive been here the service was very slow. All the reviews I have seen say it was nice and friendly (which it was except for the one waitresses we had) and the food was great. I was just there and I had to ask all three waitresses for my drink and it still took probably half an hour when my buddy next to me who ordered his drink got his within seconds. (We ordered at the same time). The waitresses dont seem to write orders down and our orders came out wrong and one of our waitresses did not seem happy with us for telling her so. So, I would like to know if it is worth even putting in another effort to return or not.

This place used to be so good when we first came here. We were regulars for a long time. Last 3 times we came here we got stuck with a server who doesnt write anything down. Our orders were messed up each time. Shes quick to comp something but I miss the days when the food was good and the order was correct. Id rather pay full price and get what I ordered. Food quality has gone down too. Weve noticed big ups and downs with this place over the last 2 years. Just so inconsistent. Staff turns over a lot. Kitchen staff seems to change a lot too. Used to be busy and we are here at 9:00 on a Friday and there are 9 people here. Bring back the old Bout Time.

BEWARE! This place was awful! Waited 10 minutes just for someone to bring us menus, then waited over 30 minutes for her to come take our order. We sat for at least 25 minutes waiting for food without a single refill! Once we got our food it was overcooked, cold, and nasty. Our waitress ignored us, and one of the other servers had to help us. I had high hopes with the good reviews Ive seen, but it was poor service and bad food! I wouldnt return here even if someone else paid. TERRIBLE!

We have eaten here many times, and never had a bad experience, overcooked/undercooked food, not bad service.. The food has always been tasty, the service always fast and friendly, and the wait staff always smiling.. It is a smaller establishment, but more than enough TVs to handle all of your sports needs.. Its a great place to grab some grub with some friends, then go catch a flick right across the parking lot.. Ample parking, and right along the bike path.

Great service, tasty food, and good beer. We came from the movie theater because our movie time changed. We were here for 3hours (while the next show started) and it was fun. We ordered the nachos, wings (teriyaki and garlic), and garlic fries. Service was great, and the food was delicious! We played board games and never felt like we were being rushed out. Will be back!

We waited for over 15 mins before we waited on and then it took over 30 minutes to get our food. we were a little grossed out by the appearance of the condiments. They were very dirty and sticky. I also noticed the waiter using the same towels to wipe several tables, all at different times. When he wasnt using it it hung from his back pocket. Most likely wont be back.

This place is a joke, terrible service and worse food... We come here to try it out, but it was terrible, took 35 minutes before they took our order and another 20 before we got our overcooked food... wife had a half-assed burger and my fish and chips were just terrible... You are better off throwing your 13 dollars in a trash can then coming here....

I enjoyed my Veterans day meal with a friend and had one of the most AWESOME burgers and the usual great service! We work nearby and have enjoyed adult beverages on the patio often. Bout Time has the friendliest atmosphere, great service, and a crew that cares about your business. Go in and have a great meal. By the way, their house Amber is great!
