Overpriced burgers of dubious quality. I ordered the veggie burger with the Godzilla toppings which included "shitaki" mushrooms, a smoked Japanese style mayo, teriyaki sauce and for some reason, crispy tempura. This cost by the way $13 to start and did not include a side. The menu is a touch deceiving here btw. The menu heading says burgers and fries. Its just the burger. Fries are a la carte. The veggie burger was inedibly dry and powdery, and required being soaked in soy sauce or ketchup to be something you could force down, the crispy tempura was similarly floury tasting and was anything but crispy. I had to re-read the menu to ensure teriyaki of any kind was included, as I certainly wasnt tasting it, and the mushrooms... they claimed to be shitake... I am sure they wouldnt lie, but the preparation of them is wasted and they could have saved everyone money and used plain mushrooms since the delightful flavour and texture of shitake was utterly lost. My companion for the evening was suitably underwhelmed by her turkey burger (also godzilla) stating it to be the worst she could remember. In the camp of "okay" sits Service: it was average, server was fine, but one order came out without the additional burger patty ordered (we were a 4-top), and it was a rather shocking wait to receive anything. Fries: they were fries. One ordered the duck fat fries, and suggested the standard fries were preferable upon trying them. The solitary item in the "good" column was the Brussel sprout starter. If you are forced to eat here, at least order that so you know youll get something good. TL:DR - red robins is simply better in almost every respect, and I am not saying that as some fan of the chain. For fine dining prices, there are far far better places to spend money and the burgers they happen to have on the menu leave this place in the dust... which is ironic since dust would have been an apt description of what I ate

I have been here several times, and have had a relatively good experience each time. Last night, though, was so infuriating I feel compelled to share. We got there as the dinner rush on a Thursday was winding down. The hostess seemed extremely put off that she had to deal with us. There were 3 booths/tables open though she told us right away that people were waiting for those and that our only option was the community high top, which was fine with us. We were sat dead center of the high top in between people that were at various stages of their meals. We sat for a few minutes as other parties were sat, 5 total, 2 were on either end of the same high top as us. All 5 of these parties were greeted by their respective help-staff and received their drinks. After of waiting 15 minutes I went back to the hostess, who was on the phone. When she finally got off the phone I had explained that we had not seen anybody yet. Granted it was busy, but she had no clue where we were sitting, nor did she offer an apology or empathy. She went to a couple of waitstaff to, what looked like a negotiation for them to help us. One waiter looked at us and could visibly say "no, that is not my table." The other one, reluctantly came to see us finally. I am not sure if I have ever walked out of a restaurant after being sat down. At that point, I could not justify spending $70+ to have the privilege to eat a place where we were an inconvenience to the staff. As we left, the couple sitting next to us told us "good for you, we should have left a long time ago." I hate to bash a locally owned company that has been a great addition, (for the most part,) the dinning scene of my part of town, but I have not felt this insulted in a very long time.

Based on the way Google took us there, we thought we were lost in a residential area. It’s tucked away at the end of a road in a residential neighborhood, and well-worth the search (though, it’s not much of one). Went right before close on a Tuesday evening. Not much of a crowd. We sat out on the patio on this gorgeous, breezy night. The atmosphere is great. Good tap selection, with even a Crooked Stave on. The waitress was okay—she didn’t know the menu as well as an expert waitress would/should, but she said they just changed the menu like yesterday, so we give her the benefit of the doubt. No worries there. The Brussels sprouts appetizer was delicious, with a lemon-garlic dressing on top. Yummy! My girlfriend enjoyed her vodka strawberry drink concoction (I forget what it was called) and the burgers…whoa. My girlfriend got the “Truffle Shuffle” atop an angus patty (they also have bison, turkey, veggie, etc) which consisted of mushrooms, truffle oil, potato chips, and some other stuff I won’t eat; however, according to her (someone who adores all things truffle/mushroom), it was “to die for.” I can vouch for the Andrew Jackson atop the angus patty as well. Granted, it’s a $17 burger (including fries), but goddamn was it friggin’ tasty. I’m trying to remember everything that was on it…beef brisket, fried egg, bacon, fried avocado, fresh jalapenos, cheese…maybe a sauce? I slathered mine in Sriracha and Chipotle Tabasco too. AMAZING. Worth $17? Eh…maybe not. But, if price isn’t an issue and you’re a hungry, gluttonous mofo, give it a go! 4.5 stars.

Came here with a reservation and still had to wait about 20 minutes for a table. The bartender was very clear that if we ordered a beer, we needed to tab out with her before going to our table which I found a little rude. Once we were sat our server was inattentive and seemed annoyed when my husband asked about some of the beers on the list. After our food was served I asked for a side of mayonnaise, not only did I never get it, but our server never came back to check on us until we were finished. The food was ok but not as spectacular as the reviews made me think it would be. I had a burger with cilantro on it and the cilantro was not chopped up so it was mostly cilantro stems that i ended up picking off. I found the beer list to be quite on the heavy side. No interesting lighter beers which leave more room in your stomach for a burger. I left my card and a little note on the receipt for the Manager to call me to follow up on my experience and never heard anything, so I guess he doesnt really care. I didnt want to say anything while we were there because I wasnt trying to get anything comped. Just wanted to offer feedback which now I will provide on Google since I was not given the chance to do in private. If you want a fantastic burger and great service, I would recommend 5280 Burger Bar over Tag.

Ordered a burger. When it came out it was not what I ordered (asked for no lettuce and tomato and egg fried hard. It had lettuce and tomato and egg was runny). The burger had a toothpick advertisement in it. Was $10 just for the burger and no side not enough money for you? I guess not. Ordered a large milkshake to go, girlfriend ordered a small. Both came out in the same sized cup (12 oz at most, including the giant puff of whipped cream). When I asked about it was informed I actually got 2 larges. Im sorry, 12 oz milkshake for 6.50 is a large? Thats fun. I was told the large is only 2oz more, for an extra 2 dollars. Not sure how that works. Ill give this 2 stars because the food tasted ok. But really, dig a little deeper and find one of the other many great places to eat in the area instead of wasting your time and money here. You have plenty of options.
