Keep driving! I gave this place 2 tries and Im not gong back. Whoever wrote " prompt drive through service" must work there or own it. Twice we waited forever in drive through while the kids who worked there played around and twice they didnt have something we ordered( how do you run out of sugar cones and butter pecan ice cream?! Right! Poor management!!) I hope the one opening in PW is better managed. Very frustrating and disappointing.

You can expect great service, clean restaurant, and quality product. There are times it could be staffed better (not a place to go if you are short on time). Out of the 6 times I have went there they were out of the ice cream of my choice 3 times. There are no managers to take care of any issues. If it wasnt for the product I would go somewhere else.

Im upset I paid 13.00 for 2 sundaes and the were suppose to be 3 scoops when I returned home opened up the bag and they had only put 2 in who do I complain to ! Ice cream was great but Ill be check-in them from now on

The ice cream is good, I highly recommend trying the polar pizza - its a hidden treasure that is absolutely delicious! Just wish they would employ people over the age of 18! Customer service is lacking at times.

I scream, you scream, we all scream for Ice cream. They have some of best hard serve. Lots of choices, waffle cones, sorbet. Pralines and cream a favorite. Drive thru and counter service. Limited seating.
