I could tell the crew was new. They were not familiar with menu items and did not include all of the toppings for the item i ordered. When I asked about it the girl argued about it until I pointed out that caramel was listed on the menu board behind her. Her respond was an eye roll.. a Tsk.. and a drizzle of caramel that mostly ran down the sides of the cup. My husband ordered a funnel cake sundae that they totally forgot about. When he asked about it 10 minutes later the staff located his funnel cake and pulled it out of the oven. It was soggy and fell apart. The pieces that landed on the counter were tossed onto the dish. The ice cream and toppings were applied and the sundae arrived without the strawberry puree. When he asked a male worker said "Were all out of that" and walked away. Thats when my husband asked for his money back. I should add that 9 of the ice cream flavors were empty or nearly empty. This was on a Saturday evening . I was early. . Around 7-ish Im sure theyd been busy earlier in the day, but I am also sure that customers who arrived after the movies let out were pretty unhappy too. Coldstone needs to hire staff that is actually invested in doing a good job.

Didnt even get to try it when I visited this town for a week. I tried three times. It always seemed to be closed or have odd customers hanging around. Even now the hours said open until 9:30pm but I arrived at 8:50pm and its closed. Very disappointed :(

Ice cream is good but the customer service is ways bad. The lady didnt even acknowledge my husband in line and helped the person behind him. Since this isnt the first time its happened to us, I stuck with the low rating.

Much better than Ive had in years at CS i stopped going because it was too rich and poor quality. How things have changed. This one does cater to peanut allergies. Still over priced for icecream in my opinion.
