I have a forgiving personality when it comes to service and have never left a bad review...until now. Had to ask to get our coffees refilled - no big deal, they were busy. After two tables who arrived 15 minutes after us received their food my boyfriend politely asked if the server would check on our food since it had been an hour and since we had ordered before the other tables. He came back 5 minutes later and said, "Im sorry its my mistake the ticket didnt print so they are working on it now." Now an hour and half later our food arrives. When he brings the check my boyfriend politely asks if we will be given a discount for the mistake made, a fair question. He says he has to ask his manager. He returned and said he explained the situation to her and she said no she wont discount. At this point my relaxed forgive and forget attitude changed and I requested that she come to the table. I explained what had happened and asked her to clarify since we both agreed the mistake was on their part, why a discount wouldnt be made? She said she would have to speak with the owner. Now something as simple as a courtesy gesture of 10% $3 dollars and happy returning customers has turned into a three-level escalation. After another 5 minutes she came back with 25% off and two customers who will not be returning and publicly reviewing their awful experience. We do NOT recommend this place to anyone.

They dont take reservations which is annoying but we could have gotten past that if the wait didnt end with a terribly cooked breakfast. The biscuits and gravy were impressively terrible- biscuits were rock hard (had difficulty cutting even with a knife) and the gravy was cold, and bland at best. The eggs were cold, the hash browns were soggy, raw and cold (do they not have a heat lamp?) and we also ordered French toast which actually would have been delicious if it werent COLD. Seriously, breakfast is the easiest meal to cook, I mean, you really have to TRY to make it that terrible. Also, they dont have any substitutes for pork (turkey or chicken sausage/bacon? Nope.) We wont be wasting our time or money here again. The only reason why they even get two stars is the sweet wait staff. They were really nice. Pretty much the only redeeming thing about this place.

The staff seems pretty nice and willing to please, and the place seems pretty popular, but there needs to be some quality control standards implemented because of the food coming from the kitchen. Steak and eggs over medium: Steak was merely 1/4 inch thick and 25% of it was gristle. It was a grey dead looking slab. Seasoned okay though. Eggs over medium were E-Coli undercooked with runny uncooked egg whites dripping from the center. The side of avocado I got was bruised and discolored on a piece of pale and discolored iceberg lettuce. The home fries tasted of grease. Scrambled eggs and hash browns were good. Overall definitely not worth the 30 some odd bucks paid for two people. Im sure they can and do better, but this was a bad experience, and potentially unhealthful. Im writing this so the owners can implement some QC quickly!

Sad to be rating this once wonderful place with only 2 stars! Hope it provides some insight as to much needed improvements... the food and service at this place a year ago was fabulous. Great comfort food for breakfast, fairly quick and friendly service, cozy atmosphere. In the last 5 times weve visited, each came with a 30 minute minimum wait. Three of those times we waited, but left disappointed with the lack of food quality and feeling of being rushed in and out as the dozens of other people waiting for there spots watched as us all eat. Need more non-chain breakfast restaurants in Parker, help please!!

Used to be better. Not sure what happened. Food seems different. Like theyve cut back to save money or something. Which is strange since they dont seem to be hurting for business. They dont do the specials anymore. And they now charge for the pita for the gyro. LOL. Not a huge deal but Ive never heard of that at a place before. What bothered me is that they dont tell you that until AFTER the food comes. Doesnt mention it on the menu at all. Hopefully they rectify that confusion. Not sure if they charge for the bun on the burgers or not. Hopefully they can get back to the quality this place used to be.

This place appears to have recently changed hands as this staff is completely new and there is a new menu that has had a monumental increase in pricing. Previously we would have a bill for two entries and a kids meal with no drinks for around $25~ our bill recently was $38~ for essentially the same meals. The restrooms were relatively clean however lacking soap, paper towels and toilet paper that would beg a multitude of questions that would include how those preparing and are serving us clean and wash there hands after using the facility. Sadly we will not be returning any time soon if ever.

Terrible service. We waited over 45 minutes for our food. When it came out our food was cold. The chicken fried steak was not cooked, fried eggs werent done according to our order, the scrambled eggs looked like they were made from powder. The, I asked for the owner to come to our table but never came. The time before we were over charged on our meal, which by the way was not made correctly. We decided to give them another chance Friday but again were very disappointed. We will never eat there again. I would not recommend eating here ever.

Horrible horrible, horrible. Been going here for a long time and enjoyed service and food, now all of a sudden the place sucks big time! Waitresses could care less! Waited 45 minutes for a couple of sandwiches and they never came. Waitress basically ignored us. Finally left. Great way to put yourself out of business. Another couple sitting near us said the manager left, former wait staff left and the cook left. Better get yourself together Stonegate Cafe or you will lose all of your local business ! Do you want this business to go under?

Stopped in on our way to Ft Collins from out of town. I ordered the chicken Cobb salad with fried chicken and my husband ordered chili relleno plate with avocado ( which is $2 extra). Salad came without chicken, rellenos came without avocado. When asked, was brought a microwaved frozen chicken patty ( not fried chicken to me) and hard avocados. Chili rellenos also seemed like frozen boxed not freshly made. Very Dissapointed.

The food here is great but was very disappointed when we asked if we switch to a larger table that was just vacated and was told the "boss" would not lets us once we were seated. Also had a 50% off coupon on one entree when you purchased one entree and two drinks, they then took the 50% off the childs meal we ordered and the drinks cost $5.00, wow. Seems pretty cheap.

Great value and wide selection of breakfast and lunch items. I visit Stonegate Cafe on a regular basis and the food is always tasty and consistent. Service is exceptional. Location is convenient and has plenty of parking. I only wish they could offer dinner and have a bar. If you plan to visit on the weekends it is best to get there before 10 am.
