We almost never eat at KFC, but since my mom is from the South, while visiting here, she HAD to have some fried chicken. My wife picked up lunch in the drive-through and they forgot to put in 4 sandwiches we asked and paid for. She didnt realize this until she got home. I drove back up to the store and asked for the remainder of our order. Carlos (mgr?) complied, but obviously wasnt happy about it. If you use the drive-thru, be sure to double check your order before leaving. This shouldnt be necessary. At least the food was good even if it was a hassle to get it.

I have not eaten at a KFC in a long time and now I remember why. Got my order wrong (requested no sauce), I bring it back and get attitude like its my fault that they screwed up my sandwich. Get sandwich back that has had the sauce very obviously scraped off, missing cheese and looks dishoveled - rather than remaking it. I refuse to eat at most Yum brands resturants for similar levels of poor service. This experience reinforced my poor opinion of them.

Let me start by saying that the food was amazing !!! I usually dont get that at KFC. but I did order my food inside and the restaurant was disgusting. its stunk was filthy. the bathroom was filthy I almost couldnt use it . It doesnt look like any of the female employees are washing their hands there.

I went through the drivethru, and they were very nice and cooperative over the speaker. Got to the window, and the girl was very happy. Got our drinks, got our food, and we were outta there in less than two minutes. Food was hot, and delicious. Keep up the good work.

The place is an OK version of a kfc. Service is good but the food takes an abnormally long time. On average, about 15 min to get my order. Free biscuits the wait only can pacify a customer a few times.
