Ive been going to various five guys restaurants in different parts of the country for probably around 10 years. This was my first time trying this location. I hadnt had five guys in a while and I was craving a burger so I went out of my way to go to this one. The wait for the food was a bit long as usual with Five Guys but its usually worth the wait for the quality of burger they make. Not this time. This time, my burger came out over cooked and dry. The cook had to walk away from the grill to take orders because everyone else was doing something else in the back. That extra few minutes is what made my burger that overcooked. He couldve peeked his head in the door real quick to ask for some help but he didnt do that. The staff seemed a bit out of sync, which is unusual for five guys. I hope this was just a fluke. Ill try it again but if the service is this bad, I probably wont go back to this location.

Pretty damned decent burger and when ordering a single regular order of fries to split among the 3 people in our party, we were pleasantly surprised to find a regular sized cup of fries in the bag, along with another at least 1.5 more cups worth of fresh hot fries spilled all over the top of the rest of our food. In fact, there were so many fresh hot tasty French fries in the bag that we couldnt even finish em all! Also, i had a bacon burger and it was hot, delicious, and cooked to perfection. The employees seemed generally good, the cashier who took our order definitely appeared to be visibly bored and preoccupied, but who could blame him? It was kind of a boring day, i suppose... Overall though, very good food and highly recommended!

I order from this store every time Im craving a tasty burger. The quality has been consistent, however I am very disappointed with the two burgers I ordered. After getting a few bites in I found out that both patties on my burger were pretty much raw. Only the outside was cooked. On the other burger only one patty was fully cooked. This place is expensive and should be putting out acceptable food, but lately things have just been going down hill. When I tried to call the store to I kept getting a busy signal. Ive called back multiple times within the hour. I dont even think their phone is working. Here is a photo of the disappointment.

I went to pick up lunch for my boyfriend and his co-workers. We ordered online and for some reason the order went to a completely wrong location. When I arrived and asked for my order the girls at the counter couldnt find it. Even n though I was visibly frustrated these girls never lost there sense of customer service. We figured out It went to the wrong location, then the girls called the manager. He was very polite and quickly called the other location to cancel the other order and get payment information since the order was prepaid. It didnt take very long and everyone who worked there was amazing!

Seriously $7.19 for just a cheeseburger is ridiculous. Not worth it, not even close. Maybe if it came with a drink and fries. You can go to David and Busters across the street and get a big burger and fries for less. Or go to Freddies or u Smash Burger. There fresh cut fries have no flavor at all and are often under cooked. Especially at $5.09 for a large Fries. A large drink will cost you almost $3 bucks. So lets do the math. $16 bucks for one person for lunch. Save your money. I did fill up my ToGo bag with peanuts so I felt like I got my moneys worth.

The burgers are pretty good, though the cheese wasnt great . Also, the prices are high and they dont have a combo. $8 for the burger and $3 for a small fry is excessive. I can go to a site down like red robin, which has unlimited fries or salad, and have a much better burger with many more options for $7-$12. They have free peanuts, though, so that makes up for everything. I wish Id gone to Pei Wei or Mad Greens, nearby, for a better meal at the same price.

I came in to eat at noon on 5/24 on a Wednesday. I have never seen such a great crew working hard to get food out quickly as possible at any other burger joint. I watched them flawlessly whip up a tasty burger as fast as they could, dumping fresh fries directly into the bag and handing it off to me like some sort of marathon. Their hard work was greatly appreciated for both the freshness of the food and for how hungry I was.

Seemed very busy which is fine but I ordered and there seemed to be about 10+ customers waiting for their orders still. Just a bit behind it seemed. The store seemed pretty clean although the bathroom was kind of rough with some foreign substance on wall and a towel dispenser with paper towels on top of it. Overall experience was not disappointing because I was there to eat but may decided on a more local burger joint.

Meh. I honestly dont know what the hype about these burgers are. Cheap bun. Cheap cheese. Cheap meat. I think it is barely better than mcdonalds. If you want a good authentic burger (not authentic in what 5 guys call authentic) go about a block south to crown burger. Much less appeal for aesthetics but much much better burger and fries.

Waited 18 minutes to find out my order wasnt even started while 3 orders behind me were walking out with food. The staff were just standing around talking about Adam Sandler movies while seeing me standing at counter. And the 100 flavor coke machine had about five that all tasted like a mix of all five flavors

In my opinion, the best burger spot in Denver. Yes, even better than other well known places like Cherry Cricket or Lark Burger. Limited side options but who really needs those anyway? The quality, generous portion of fries, chocolate shakes and how fast they do it all makes this my go-to.

Mediocre at best. Cant understand how so many people like this place. Burger was ok. Plastic cheese, canned mushrooms. Three of our orders had the wrong toppings. Fries were soggy. Took forever to get our food. Go to Smash Burger if you want to spend $8 on a burger and leave happy.

I love 5 guys. However, last time I went, the Cajun fries were WAY over seasoned. Also, there was a little piece of bone in the meat, and it broke one of my molars. :( I dont blame 5 guys for this, though. Unfortunately, it comes with the territory of eating meat.

Menu is a little misleading. Their hamburger and cheeseburger consist of 2 patties. The little I suppose is one patty. Burger is good. $26 for 2 burgers, one regular fry and 2 drinks seems high for a "fast food" restaurant. Burgers are good. But not extraordinary.

Service was nice but we got our food to-go. Once I arrived back at my office I found my burger to be overcooked and bacon missing. Im not sure but bacon burgers come with bacon on them and I think there is a law about that violation. Fries are always great though.
