This is the best place for everyone. Me, my husband, my picky kids, staff members for a meeting breakfast, friends and family from out of town, everyone! I got so spoiled living there for so long that I literally crave my huevos rancheros, and no one makes them like Blue Sky, even in Denver or the burbs or the southwest even. They are the most heavenly plate of eggs and southwest green chile sauce that I have ever laid eyes on. The waiters are 100% the nicest people in the town of Golden. They actually give a crap. They will change anything to meet your needs. They have ootions for all kinds of eaters and restrictions. Let me say if you get either homefries (get them crispy), or waffle fries), you will feel like the hand of God touched your plate of potatoes. The pico de gallo on the huevos rancheros plate is authentic, zingy flavored, tastes like it just came out of a food processor, never in a jar. You an get a kale/kiwi/sprawberry/peach/anything smoothie for like $6 for a huge portion in your cup, and the soy lattes are the best I have ever had, as is the Chai tea, my daughter tells me. The place is comfy, turns into a yoga studio in the night. Easy parking, clean bathrooms, again the best wait staff and owners, and it is only really hard to get a table on Sundays after church services. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE Let your family go to Whole Foods or shopping or see a movie at Colorado Mills mall, and have a brunch to yourself here!

I love this place! They are always busy, so you can tell that they are good, but they are not slow in any way! They make great food, but get people in and out very quickly. Every weekend morning Ive gone in there, its been crowded, but my friend and I get seated quickly. We casually order, but the waitsaff checks on us frequently. They have great coffee drinks, but also a full juice bar, so I tend to take advantage of both. I ordered the kale, cucumber, pineapple, and some other fruit I cant remember, but it sounded weird and I was worried, but it was sooooo delicious! I also got the caramelized banana waffle and it was the perfect portion, so I ate the whole thing (rarity for me, Im known for leftovers.)

Ive been a long-time customer at blue sky Café and the more I go in the worse I get treated. I am a magazine tattoo model and I feel like I get judged by the girls at the front desk every time I go in they are very rude to me! And pus the service is horrible and the food has gotten BAD!!!! I even quit eating there. I just went in one time to get a togo coffee and the girls upfront yelled at me and told me they had no time to make coffee for me When they were making coffee Togo for two older people I asked to speak with the manager and they said sorry it would be 20 minutes to sit down and wait Ive never been treated so disrespectfully I will never ever go back to this place again!!!!!

We have eaten at Blue Sky for years and always enjoyed it. The coffee is endless and delicious and since we are vegan we enjoy their non-animal food selections. We especially like the tofu scramble and the vegan burger. We ate there long before we became vegan and I used to love their eggs Benedict. If you are not a 1%er and just like good food with nice servers, Blue Sky is the place most West Denver locals gather for breakfast. It does cost a little more than an egg McMuffin but we have always thought it was worth it.

Blue Sky is a gem of a cafe in Denver West. It is one of the healthiest options for breakfast and lunch in this part of town, but do be aware they close at 2pm. They also stopped doing to-go orders on weekends - a policy I am not fond of. It is worth the experience anyway, as the cafe has a real blue sky painted on the ceiling and at least used to double as a yoga studio in the afternoon. Try the Santa Fe Juevos or Velvet Scramble, or pick up a juice made fresh to order. I am a fan of their coffee too!

We used to love coming here on a regular basis, but the quality of food and service have really gone downhill lately. We were served rotten pineapple, and the server didnt offer an apology or replacement. The green chile I had was full of stems and fibers, and the cappuccino that I ordered was more than 2/3 foam and impossible to drink. The hostess was rude, and theyve changed their menu and gotten rid of some of our favorite options. Unfortunately well have to find somewhere else for breakfast.

Been going to Blue Sky Cafe for over 10 years. Love the food and the positive energy. Except for this Saturday, 6/18/16. The hosts at the door was so rude, we left after being seated. Never came close to this type of reception at the Blue Sky Cafe. Before this, I would give 5 stars and now no stars. Not sure when or if we will return. Disappointed, Rusty

We got there around 10:15 and expected a wait, but they are very efficient in turning tables around so we only had to wait a minute for them to wipe one down for us. The service was quick and professional. Loved their griddlecakes and their coffee.

Good atmosphere, awesome staff, and a lot of yummy sounding items on the menu. They got my drink order wrong, not a huge deal, they were happy to correct it. I really liked the cold brew coffee drink I got it went really well with my breakfast!

Blue sky is an excellent breakfast/brunch/lunch place in the morning and also a wonderful yoga studio in the evenings. Gluten free and vegetarian friendly. The waitstaff are very sweet and helpful. Can get crowded on the weekends and Fridays.
