Ok, First and foremost, If you go into this bar with the wrong expectations you are going to be disapointed. This is not "Grand Slam" the "family friendly sports bar" anymore. This is "Slam Bar" the "Strippers with clothes on" kinda joint. Great place to see 80s rock cover bands, drink beer, admire or be disgusted by the figures of the cokehead looking girls in cutoff jeans. But seriously, Occasionally I like a sleazy bar where i can disappear for a drink or 2 when Ive had a bad day. Service is a bit slow if you dont have rapport with the ladies, but its not a fast service kinda place. Ive had orders come back wrong, but they have always made it right. Drink prices arent great, but not awful either. Food is bar-food. If you want a real nice meal, go elsewhere. Not a good date venue... lol. Overall, I like it, For what it is.

Finally, a sports bar that doesnt suffer from an identity crisis. You know the minute you walk in that you are in a sports bar. Plenty of TVs and all tuned to sports. Bartenders that not only know how to mix and pour a drink the way you like it; but really know their sports and love to discuss them. They will quickly tune a TV to the channel you desire. The food is great and includes what you would expect; premium hamburgers, brats, sandwiches, salads, fish and chips and generous servings of appetizers.

I regularly visit this location with friends and usually love it. After my last experience I may not return. I had to go to the bar to get my beer because our server was avoiding us it seemed like. She then tried to re-charge me for my beer with out noticing I was a new addition to the group. The service was extremely slow and things were forgotten on multiple occasions. We will find a establishment that prefers to make money and provide a better experience from now on.

Great service from the time a walked in. Bartender suggested I try the byo burger and it was a great choice. I also had the opportunity to speak with Judson one of the co owners. He spoke to me about how sportsbook evolved from a idea to a reality and some of the things they are doing to make this a place where you can have parties and private events.You defiantly You will see me here for sure again! Thanks sports book for making my Sunday a funday

Came to watch the ufc tuff 23 fight while watching I noticed every waitress looked like they wanted to kill themselves. The wings were kind of undercooked and drunks screaming on the top of their lungs. The waitresses I dont know if they get hit on harassed constantly or under paid but not one smile or made me feel welcome. I was alone minding my own business just watching the fight and observing.

My boyfriend and I had a groupon to Slam Bar and would have never known about it or tried it other wise. We had a great time! There was the "local" feeling that we love, amazing nacos, beer AND the owner cared to introduce herself and show us around the place. Our waitress was great & the music was amazing! We will continue to enjoy this bar and have advised our friends to give it a shot as well!

I will never go back to this place!!! My experience at slam bar was going well until the bartender was speaking of how she was rascist and proud! I was shocked to hear the conversation between her and a customer on my right. The conversation continued and they spoke of certain races and religions that she just hates. At that point I finished my beer and payed my tab. I will never go back.

The best thing about this place, the beer on tap is cold! Like Polar Vortex cold!!! The other good thing is its a true sports bar, the bartender ACTUALLY know about sports! And not just the Broncos. Judd knew about all the teams and I even heard him talking to some other dude about soccer, who knows about soccer??? Im gonna go in again and see if they know about curling....

This place is great - tons of beer on tap, more TVs than you can think of, and great service. Youd be surprised by the food - definitely go for the fish and chips (the fries are worth a basket all on their own). Its a great place to meet up with friends and watch 10 difference games from 10 different sports (if you wanted). Definitely recommend it.

The biggest problem with this place, I guess isnt their fault. Why do chics who have NO interest in sports, go haul their butts to a sports bar on a major game night, then sit there, getting drunk, and talking too loudly for anyone to catch the game??? Do us a favor, take your girlfriends to Starbucks and let the rest of us have some peace.

Good lord a sports bar in which the staff actually knows about sports!!! Great atmosphere and an up and coming bar. Damn near turns into a club at night with DJs and a dance floor that is accompanied with some good priced liquid courage!!! Great place to create the memories you wont quite be able to recall the next day haha!

The restaurant was empty at noon on a Thursday. They were out of Dry Dock Apricot beer, but I think other places are these days as well. When someone in our group ordered the Frito Pie, they came back more than five minutes later to say they were "out of Fritos," it was a little more understandable why the place was empty.

I have no clue why this place gets such a bad rap online! I played at an open mic night tonight and it was great! The servers were all attentive and caring, the food and drinks came out both promptly and correctly. All in all, it was a great night with friends! Ill definitely be heading back!

I dont know what people in other reviews are talking about. The food service is fast, the food is delicious, and every person on the stuff has been super nice and patient. If I lived here, Id go every weekend. Ive been here four or five times in the month Ive visited. A good sports bar.

Sporty. This place is pretty big and has a lot of drink options! Pool and skeeball tables are fun, just bring cash so you have quarters for it. The bartenders are gorgeous and really nice. Definitely a place to get together and watch a game or meet up with friends.

"Sports bar" with a jukebox playing crappy music instead of game audio from any one of a NHL playoff game 7 or NBA playoff game. Wings were OK, but sauce was blame. Service was actually pretty solid though. Place has potential, but isnt trying to meet it.

They usually have something fun going on in this bar! They have pool tables, shuffle board, and skeeball! Great place to bring the family or friends. If you are a newcomer I recommend the wings or fish tacos!

I always have a great time drinking at The Sportsbook. I like the set up. I can watch all the games and still chat with friends. Also, I love the food. If youre going to eat bar food there is no better.
