Great staff, always polite n helpful but unfortunately worse coffee in the whole city. McDs has better coffee than Platform Tea. Frankly, even though they have a large variety of teas, those r not the best either. Also sometimes in the morning when u walk in, it smells like garlic, maybe they cook in the back or prep something w/garlic. It is not the most pleasant smell at that time of the day. A coffee shop should really smell coffee or tea, if they have good, fresh leaf tea. If u like decent coffee or tea, Platform T is not the place to get it. Also the 2 hr parking limit in the plaza is kind of annoying especially if u sit at the coffee shop, then go eat in one of the restaurants.

Today was my first experience at Platform T. My first tea was the Iron Goddess infused with turmeric. The scent was a little flowery, but the tea was unexpectedly mellow, I totally loved it. Then, I asked them to make me something that would make me happy and I received a delicately scented Jasmine tea infused with turmeric. It totally did the job! Great service and atmosphere too. Parking good and free garage.

The people running the cash register consistently try to rip me off. On several occasions they have tried to charge me full price for a refill, and when I have questioned them, they act like Im being rude. Basically, it feels like the staff is trained to try and overcharge whenever they think they can get away with it. To top it off, the coffee isnt really very good.

So good, I absouloutley loved the atmosphere and location. Amazing food, wonderful tea and great staff, If you go, I would suggest getting the Mangoes and More tea with a splash of agave and some Tea sandwiches on the side. Amazing food. Would go there everyday if I could.

They have some great tea and coffee. The only downside to Platform is that they dont like to disclose they have a loyalty program. Ive been here ~20 times and just found out about it today. More transparency and a prompt from the barista would go a long way.

An excellent tea shop. The friendly staff and very neat (and very expensive) vaccuum tea machines of wizardry together will prepare you an awesome cup of tea every time. And not a bad (alcohol) happy hour either, with some decent prices on a couple wines!

Despite this coffee shop opening later than any other I have ever seen before, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The coffee was tasty. We look forward to returning many times in the future. Pastries were tempting, atmosphere was inviting!

Absolutely fantastic from the food to the wonderful tea selection. A short scooter ride from my house in Glendale, and the location on Broadway is great central meeting point for friends across the city. Definitely my new daily spot.

Although it can be a bit on the loud side, the tea is fabulous and the menu has great choices that sport gluten free and vegetarian options despite its smaller size. The staff is fabulous! Friendly and helpful. Love this place.

Not enough quality tea selection. Lacking estate teas. Focus on quality teas not lower quality mediocre teas. The atmosphere is like going to a vets office. Nice if youre trying to create an atmosphere for the 90 yr olds.
