I understand that Sunday mornings are likely very slow. That being said, I pulled into the drive through this morning at about 8:15 without being greeted at the order placement screen. After waiting approximately 2 minutes I pulled up to the second window. All I could see was an employee mopping the floors. I sat there waiting another few minutes until the person cleaning noticed I was at the window and got the attention of another employee. This woman apologized for not having her microphone on yet this morning. Really?! You opened over an hour ago and you still havent prepared to take a single order? If this were the end of the story, I would still be upset, but the problems continue. I gave the person my debit card and received it back without a receipt. I received my order and once I got home 1/3 of the order was missing. I understand that "things happen", but this experience was a complete failure of customer service and business operations expectations.

INCOMPETENT RUDE EMPLOYEES! We waited 15 minutes for our food to begin with. Then, they got half of the order wrong and we went back up to ask to have it fixed. They took our receipt, told us it was our fault, and said theyd fix it like they were doing us a favor. After another 15 min of waiting for our food (with 4 kids in tow waiting patiently to eat), watching 3 others have to go up to correct their orders, we had to go back up and ask again. They had "forgotten". They threw it together so quickly that each order only had a TBSP of meat on it. As we were leaving, I waited patiently in line again to ask for a managers #. They refused to give me one. I then asked for our receipt back and she argued with me in front of other customers, saying she had returned it to us. I asked her to look anyway and surprise, she found it in her pile. I will NEVER return there. And i WILL be calling corporate.

Will never return. I was here roughly 2 weeks ago & there was 2 women (one short and heavyset, one short & thin) cussing and acting really unprofessional. Luckily my children were not with me at the time. I always saw Taco bell as a family type fast food place but this experience changed my outlook. Then the other girl that was in charge (tattoo on face, tall) just started yelling at everyone. Seriously. If you want your employees to act professional then the person in charge or manager should act professional too! You only get what you give! The way people were acting youd think it was a hidden camera game show.

We went through the drive thru and requested a large diet mountain dew. We were informed that they didnt carry diet mountain dew, I told them that it says they had it on their menu. They looked and saw that they did in fact carry the drink I requested. We got to the window 10 minutes later, where the girl at the window hands me my drink and asks me if I want sauce with it...no its a drink. I checked the drink and it was regular sprite. A fast food place that isnt even capable of filling a drink order shouldnt even be in business. Left with no drink but a refund. What a joke.

Every single time I go to this place the drive thru line is extremely long and you wait anywhere from 30 to 45 mins just to get your food. Then when you finally get your order and just want to get the heck home after listening to 3 kids fight in the back seat for past hour and start handing out food tto the family to realize they forgot half the order and the other half is messed up. They really need to get their act together.

Horrible service they threw all my stuff inside the bags and smashed all my tacos a big mess instead of dinner to make matters worse they charged me for a mystery salad I never ordered and when I called the store manager veronica she wanted me to take all the food back to be re made we had a 50$ order and some of it fell on my floor is was so smashed I will contact the district manager and I took pictures !!!

Worse experience Ive had in fast food. Order a few things off the menu and got wrong, went back up to the manager and still had my order wrong. Its April 19th 2017 at 6:45pm and she said oh they always get it wrong in back. While I went to her for my correct order and it was still wrong. I will never recommend or go back to this location. Ill waste my gas going to the 10th st. Location. What a manager.

we waited for 40 minutes. started 5th in line now we are 3rd. we are hungry. and still waiting. two hypoglycemic people in car. may die. we already have gas. we havent even eating. next stop diarrhea. so much for fast food. car is overheating. may have to call handsome fire men. 6 girls in car. all of which are teenagers. we may turn diabetic. again two are hypoglycemic. good bye world.

Management sucks!!! And Im talking the higher UPS such as GMs ...They refuse to pay overtime so pay people in gift cards, which also means they cut corners on taxes, illegal all around.Then theyll have you work 10+hour days then cut your hours before the end of the pay period to avoid overtime. Disgusting company to work for and eat at. I hope corporate reads this.

If you are vegan be careful when you come here, Ive been to hundreds of Taco Bells always order the same thing bean burritos no cheese this is the first Taco Bell to serve me a bean burrito with cheese, you cant tell until you bite into it and then its already too late, they offered no compensation not that theres any that can be given. Thanks Taco Bell!!!

I would give 5 stars if Carly was fired. She cant even get an order right ugh. I asked for 2 chalupas and she tried to give me two tacos...then I asked for a quesidilla and she asked "what kind of drink was that" The general manager must be a dumbass to hire people like her. This is why I always ask peple for their name...so I can complain if theyre dumb..

Waited 15 minutes at the speaker just to take my order and another 20 to get the window. There was only two cars ahead of me. When i got to the window she didnt have my order correct at all and i had to give it to her again, which resulted in more waiting. Very rude also. Worse service Ive had at fast food place.

Of course Ill come again... to correct my order. They forgot half of the order, then when we went to retrieve what we paid for, they gave us the wrong food. Quesarito means a burrito wrapped in a quesadilla, not just a burrito... thats just one example from one visit. Nice staff... not particularly competent.

I went through the drive-thru and got almost home before I realized there was lettuce on my taco when I asked for none and the rest of the order was wrong. I drove back and went inside. The manager was snotty that I asked to have my order remade. When I got home my order was still wrong! They just do not care.
