Cafe Panache is a local treasure to me. I know I havent been to every restaurant in Greeley. But I already know this is the best food in town, and even in my top 5 for Colorado in general. Everyone there is very friendly, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the chefs know food. The pricing is definitely cheap considering the niche market and quality of food. Their daily specials are always worth checking out in addition to their excellent crepes which have the perfect batter for both sweet and savory crepes.

Have you tried the Lavender Rosemary Creme Brulee? So delicious that after I tried it the first time at an event I had to order 30 for a dinner party! The cafe is charming and not only is Roger a great chef but he is so hospitable and makes everyone feel so welcome. Try it out! I havent tried the crepes yet but I hear theyre fantastic!

Best crêpe I have had since moving to the US from France 8 years ago. The spinach brie one is a wonder of simplicity and texture contrast. Plus the owners are very friendly and welcoming. I even got to drink a pastis with them! Highly recommend it!!!

Great authentic French ambiance, kind and friendly owner/chef, but the crepes are what Ill keep coming back for. No matter which salty or sweet filling you decide to go with, the crepe itself is perfectly thin and absolutely delicious.

Great place for a casual lunch. Crêpes with great flavor combinations like chicken-fontina-lavender, and good soups du jour too. A little slice of 1950s Paris right in the middle of Greeley. Very eclectic... worth a look!
