An amazing little cafe with excellent food!! They serve huge portions at a very reasonable prices so you wont leave hungry or broke. Great food. Service is excellent. I chose to eat breakfast here while attending a recent writers retreat held in Georgetown. This is where the locals eat and its an easy 4 minute walk from the Georgetown Mountain Inn where I was staying. Cute, cute place where you can mix with the hometown folks. I really enjoyed "A Whistle Stop Cafe". Thanks for the adventure. Excellent breakfasts.

Been here a couple times for breakfast/brunch. Incredibly priced for the large portions. I had the chicken fried steak. It came with two eggs any style, home fries and a couple pieces of fruit. A really tasty and fulfilling meal for just under $10. The place is super duper tiny. Luckily both times Ive been havent been packed. Service is friendly and the food doesnt come out too fast. Its a sweet stop on the way back from the mountains. Or even on the way up.

The place was packed. Because there were only two of us, they say another couple at the same table we were at. The other couple were strangers to us. It. Was. Fantastic! We enjoyed a delicious breakfast while getting to know someone new. It was a fun experience and the food will definitely bring us back.

This was a lucky find on our road trip through Colorado! A little hole in the wall "mom and pop" type of shop, tucked away in the mountains. Warm and friendly atmosphere. The food was great! Appears to be a local favorite, and its easy to see why. Two thumbs up!

Wow. We were just driving through Georgetown because we had time to kill, and stopped in for some brunch. Amazing food, coffee, and hot chocolate, and friendly service. Prices seemed a little high at first, but you get lots of food. Definitely would recommend.

Great food and service! They play good music too. Dont walk out just because theyre playing The Bee Gees because that would be lame. They had a steak and eggs breakfast special for a reasonable price and the steak was cooked to perfection! Excellent!

A quirky little café with great food and great service. I stopped in here for lunch while passing through Georgetown on vacation. The gal working at the counter was friendly and attentive, and the omelette I ordered was awesome. Highly recommended!

Their breakfast is out of control (in the best of ways). Highly recommend the country fried steak + eggs—it tastes just like you dreamt it would. Not to mention the server is superb and quite easy on the eyes :) Overall quite pleased 10/10

The Whistle Stop is too "good" for a bicycle tourist. I was insulted by another customer, waited twenty minutes at the table outside, and then left to find a place that wasnt full of pretentious buffoons. If you are pedaling, avoid.

This place gets very busy in the morning (and rightfully so) so I call ahead for a burrito on my way up snowboarding to cut down on the wait. Amazing burritos every time. Great price! Hell I would pay more

The food was good. My friends breakfast meal was good. I ordered a burger and it was cooked well done not medium rare. and the wait sucked. 30 minutes for my friends biscuits eggs sausage and my burger.
