The management refused to serve us on the patio (even though there was another couple eating out there) I have a Service animal and that was why I wanted to be on the patio. We came in and went straight to the patio. Then a woman claiming to be a manager came storming out with an attitude and said "mm ok so we are not serving people on the patio" and gave a half ass insincere "sorry" and walked directly to the other couple on the patio and asked how everything was and if they could get them anything else......seriously? Did not offer to accommodate us in any other way. She just made it very clear that we were not welcome. This whole time there were many open tables. No wait. Most people were at the bar and didnt seem very busy at all. Mind you we drove all the way up from golden to meet family and friends we had not seen in a very long time. I have eaten here before and the service was slow and food is sub par . I have been in the restaurant industry for 10 years of my life and have been everything from server to chef to manager. So I am not speaking out of my neck like a whiney customer. This was an awful and unbelievable experience. I will never go again and hope no one has to deal with the disrespectful attitude from this manager or sub par food and slow service. I honestly hope they go out of business.

The locations right the foods good the patios awesome cuz you can bring your dogs out there. But the customer service is awful . Seems like they have a high turnover in employees and theyre always struggling to provide good service. Called in a order to go this afternoon for two bacon wraps and two side salads. Told me it was going to take 45 minutes? How many to-go orders do you have? They told me I was the only one but the restaurant was full. Im sorry but this is the easiest to go order on the planet you dont already have bacon cooked and lettuce and mayonnaise on the line for the wraps? Do you have to like chopped salads to order or something? I was not very happy and I cant imagine other people are very happy with this type of service either. Its sad when you cant manage the restaurant and to-go orders at the same time. I hate giving this place one star cuz it has so much potential so come on staff and management pull it together.

Sweet potato fries were great! All in all, normal bar food, slightly below average. Frozen, pre battered, etc... I only point this out because there is a sign, right when you walk in the door that says all of their food is made from scratch; this simply isnt true. Im not complaining, just pointing out, my burger was cooked while frozen; no juice, little flavor other than the bbq sauce which was very good, the onion stings and fried pickles, also, where not made fresh or from scratch. It isnt hard to tell... I mean, we have all had food from Cisco before, so we all know what it looks and taste like, plus, fresh food taste better, it has more flavor, etc.. again, not complaining, just calling BS on the sign at the front door. With a little extra effort and planning their food could be made from scratch and could be exceptional, however, that is simply not the case. Id likely leave 3 stars if there was not a sign attempting to mislead me.

I have consistantly tried this place, because I am local. Again and again I have gone here for a night out. Again and again I am disappointed. The service is absolutely the worst. There really isnt anything more frustrating than having the server walk by and look you in the eye repeatedly; yet completely ignore you. What makes matters worse; on busy nights the owner is there and still the clients are ignored. I would love to go to my local bar and enjoy a night out, but you cant get a beer here. You are better to go right down the street to the Pine Country store, buy a frozen pizza and then hit the liquor store two doors down from there. It is amazing how much more enjoyable this option is. This business is terrible. Perhaps if you go here everyday you could be recognized and receive service. Otherwise you are invisible and not valued. I wouldnt recommend this place at all!

Not sure why Maps shows as closed 24/7 right now, but this is a tasty neighborhood place with live & local weekend music and decent selection of craft drafts. Delicious pizza and appetizers, decent wings and entrees, wonderful small-town mountain atmosphere! It may help that we live a mile from here and come around once-a-month or so but the wait staff, while perpetually busy and plagued by average restaurant-level-turnover, gives us at least the attention to be expected of a mid-tier national chain (Applebees, Fridays, etc). There is a biker vibe and crowd, though more a retiree/weekend warrior type, opposed to the more hardcore Hells Angels/Sons of Silence brand you might see in Aurora. Overall, a great place to stop in for a delicious appetizer and local craft draughts along your way up or down the mountain!

I have been to Crossroads about five times now and their food is decent and the setting is nice, but there is a problem with their service. I dont know if its my age or what but every time i come in with my friends we get seated and then are just ignored for 15-20 min while other groups who arrived after us are served first. Many of the waitresses are standing behind the bar chatting with other customers and when i look over at them they dont move. I dont know what the problem is and sometimes i have to get up and find someone so they will take our order. It is too bad because it is a convenient place to eat when coming back down from the mountains. Hopefully they will hire new people that will want to work a little harder.

Crossroads isn't, crust steamy soggy, cheese greasy. Worst pizza 8000 ft. Want good service? Leave a tip, or it will be worse next time you stop in. Go down the road to panda garden. Want good music? Wait for the band, they are good, waitresses aren't. Want to use the restrooms? They smell like a subway station Want to watch hockey? Good luck, if one channel is changed, all get changed. Want a great game of pool? Goodluck the bartender doesn't get involved, and ruins the abviance Want another drink? Dont ask for water, you will be refused service, and told your to drunk, even if you only had two drinks. Beware if bartender wants to borrow your money, you wont get it back......

I would like to give this place 5 starts, the food is great that atmosphere is awesome, but they have serious problems with customer service. Often the place is slow but it still takes an hour to get your food, they have one waitress that is horrible at her job, i usually have to grab someone else to have them tell her I need another drink and she is flat out rude. I think the staff and owner mean well here and are close to having the best bar on the mountain but Management and a couple bad apples are really making that impossible to achieve

We were just at this restaurant, called from from the parking lot to see if we could sit outside and eat lunch and bring our dog. The young man that answered the phone stated that he needed to check. He came back a minute later and said that we could. I went inside to see about the outside seating and the waitress stated that they were understaffed and there would be no outside seating. A restaurant is under no obligation to provide pet friendly seating .....but this is ridiculous.
