I ordered pizza from Blackjack last week. A extra large pizza and wings. The pizza was wrong and the wings were frozen in the middle. I called and the manager on duty told me they were about to close and that I could call and talk to the manager on duty when I was ready to replace my order. I called tonight and was so disrespected by the Manager Renea. She basically called me a lier and told me they Don t replace orders. I asked to speek to the manager on duty or how can I complain on a corporate level. She told me I cant because the restaurant was owned by Ron, and not corporate. I only gave one star so I could leave the review. No stars here Renea! And I will be calling Ron!

My husband and I were very disappointed last night. We had company and decided to order Black Jack Pizza. I ordered ! large Pepperoni, 1 large Sausage, 1 large Cheese. Well waiting for the pizza I ran to the store. When I came home I was disappointed to see they brought us 3 large pepperoni and sausage. I called them and the worker Renee was rude. I called again the next day and the supervisor still didnt due anything. What a waste of money when you dont even get what you paid for. We will not be ordering from them.

Delivery driver was absolutely disrespectful, loud booty trap music that vibrated my house windows, blocked my drive-way, did not issue any plates,napkins,peppers, not even an attempt to offer. Gave me the most negative attitude I have ever seen from a deliver driver at Black Jack. Boils my emotions that he had the sheer audacity to take the money an didnt even count the change I was owed. It shames me to write this as Black Jack is my favorite out of all the pizza chains here in town.

In my opinion, the best of the chains. And they are open until 11. Which is odd because Pueblo closes at 9. The whole city. Okay, thats a little bit an exaggeration. But you get my point, its great that they are open until 11. The online ordering is easy. The delivery people are friendly and often early. The food is good. And the price is fair. All in all, a good, solid pizza experience.

Went to the store front , this place is a little hard to find and when you go in it seems old and ran down but the pizza is amazing, everything is on point,good wings too even the ranch is good.. I will be returning soon.

I used to love blackjack lately pizza isnt good dont get what you order and they never bring cheese peppers or plates on delivery even if you call and tell them too. Gave it another chance but very disappointed!!
