JUST A COSTCO RE-SELLER I used to go here every day when it was under different ownership about ten years ago. as soon as the new owner took over, it went downhill fast. I was served the wrong sandwich 4 times in a row and so I stopped going there for a year. Came back and same thing, wrong sandwich.Waited two years, yup same owner still working there, snobby as ever and again they made me the wrong sandwich- truly amazing. So I waited another year or two and tried again--to my surprise they constructed a ham and turkey sandwich just like the menu described wow it was good (even though it is a simple sandwich, like mom put in yoiur school lunch). So I decided to buy lunch for my employees yesterday. Ordered 10 sandwiches for close to $100. and when I got back discovered that two were made with the wrong ingredients and three were completely different sandwiches then we ordered. Yup thats 5/10 simple sandwiches (which BTW are made from average ingredients and not above average bread or meat and unbelievably, regular grocery store cheese. The store is filled with overpriced food items that are clearly Costco re-sell items! unbelievable she has stayed afloat this long. PUT THIS PLACE OUT OF IT"S MISERY AND LET IT GO OUT OF BUSINESS --STAY AWAY Follow UP: Yup, that was the order, we got no number 2, both #5s were wrong and we didnt get any #8 but we did get a bunch of #9s. I understand mistakes happen, but mistakes are the norm at The Cheese Co, NOT THE EXCEPTION. I did call the last several times my order was wrong and there was never any resolution offered other than "drive back and we will make an other sandwich" Good Luck, I cant spend my money here any more.

This place consistently has above-average deli items such as egg salad, chicken salad, and potato salad, but what really sets it apart are the prepared foods: all are good, and some are exceptional. They have a good website that enables you to see what prepared food items they have each week. As a bonus they have terrific coffee cakes and pastries. Although it is called The Cheese Company, I have never tried their cheeses, and consider it more of a high-end deli. It is not cheap, but everything Ive had there seems to be of high quality and fresh.

Good neighborhood deli and specialty cheese shop with a cold case for prepared foods to take home when you dont feel like cooking. Excellent sandwiches - my favorite is something like a pastrami with egg salad - yum! I love their Gazspacho too! A wee bit on the pricey side, but they always have samples of various cheeses and other goods.

We had The Cheese Company in Denver cater a larger industry event held at our showroom and everything was great. Vicki was great to work with and everything was on time. Stress free, and the food was great. Brian Workman, Blind Corners & Curves Window Coverings
