If I could give ZERO stars I would! Several times I have been here thinking its just an off day for them, maybe they just came out of a big rush and are trying to recover ...whatever the case may be, i was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but today took the last slice of cake! I sat in a stall as I was planning on eating in my car before heading home and I pressed the button, waited 5 minutes and the butto ln had stopped blinking and the message on the screen that usually says the red button has been pressed, we will be with you shortly had changed back to press the button to order ...after three attempts and seeing other people pull into other stalls and hearing that their order is being taken right away I finally get frustrated and call from my phone to tell them something must be wrong with that stall. 1st off, the person who answered the phone spoke so slowly had me questioning if they were slow upstairs or stoned out of their mind. I inform her something must be wrong as I tried 3 times to order and Im very hungry can I get some help ...she proceeds to tell me that she cant take my order over the phone and there are no carhops to come take my order right now and that I would have to go to another stall or to the drive through. I look to my left and the drive through was getting backed up because the same cars that were waiting there when i got there have NOT moved an inch and more cars have joined the army of people waiting to place their order ...I didnt find this fair as I was already waiting for 20 minutes to place my order so why should I have wait another 30 minutes?? She hung up on me ...my family and friends will not be back. If I want sonic, Ill go to the springs where the food is always hot they are always fast and the customer service is awesome! Good riddance falcon sonic!

DONT EAT HERE!! EVERY freaking time I come here, they either get my order wrong or forget entire parts of the order!!!! They dont pay attention AT ALL to the customers while they are ordering. The food is ALWAYS overcooked or burnt. The last two times I came here, I ordered two burritos and they left me sitting at the window for 10-15 minutes while they served at least 2-3 vehicles that were behind me. How freaking long does it take to make a damn burrito?! And when I finally tried to eat the burrito I noticed the eggs were badly burned (how the hell do you BURN eggs?) and the eggs tasted strongly of onions!! Not to mention this place has the absolutely shittiest customer service I have ever seen and thats saying something. Snippy ass teenagers working the drive-thru who clearly dont want to be there. It doesnt matter what time of day you come. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING!! Best part is if they screw up, they have absolutely NO desire to apologize or fix it. So done with this place. Im glad Im not the only one who has issues. Either they need to close this Sonic down, or they need to fire their entire team and put properly trained people on the team. And did I mention that the parking lot is so jacked up that Im terrified I will leave with a flat tire as well?

Pulled in with one car in front of me at the drive-thru and 2 others in the pull in spots. Took 10 minutes to even place order and then when we got to the window it took another 15 minutes. The girl at the window promptly opened to get my money ($5.55 total and I gave her a $10). After about 3 minutes she opened the window to give me my change ($2.45) only to tell me she still owed me $2, which she did. Another 5 minutes went by before we got our food which I watched her pull from right next to the window and it had been sitting there the entire time - I still did not get my $2 she owed me. Finally, after waiting another few minutes she opened the window again to tell me she did not have any dollar bills after I watched the other lady she was working with put some on the counter. I pointed to the money at which time she just laughed and finally gave me the rest of my change. A kids meal and iced tea took a total of 25 minutes in the drive thru. Will not be going back.

They successfully found the dumbest people on earth to take orders here. Every single time I eat here, my order gets messed up, and then they argue with me when I tell them about it. Last week I was here, we waited 45 minutes, they forgot half the order and told me "you never ordered that" when it was the very first thing that I ordered. On a different occasion, I asked it they still had the bogo wing deal, the order taker said yes, so I order that and a couple ice-cream slushes, which were supposed to be 1/2 price after 8pm. I get the order and they are full priced and only 1/2 of the wings are there. Also I dont know what time the stalls actually close, but I pulled up at 7:30pm and was informed they were closed. Doesnt seem right to me.

This location is clearly owned by someone who just doesnt care any more. The service gets worse and worse. Last night it took 23 minutes to get a box of fries through the drive through while the employees talked to one another and played on their phones. There seems to be a complete lack of caring all the way around, from management to the kids who run the food. The parking lot is a maze of pot holes, the food is consistently cold because it takes forever to actually get to you, and there is either no management or management that is completely unable to do what they need to because of crappy owners, my guess is the latter. How sad that a place that could be so awesome just really seems to suck all the way around.

Awful and no management or the owner is ignorant without a clue. Every trip here has been a disaster. Just moved into town, used to Sonic being good, this SONIC is VERY BAD! The food is always made wrong. Cant ever get the food right, tried 5 times so far, all 5 times something is missing or made wrong and it takes forever. Just awful - just got three egg sandwiches that are covered in black from the dirty grill and also made incorrectly(burnt, no salt and pepper and black stuff from the dirty grill all over every sandwich). Cold stale Tots and french toast sticks that taste like dirty frying oil. Horrible.

I was there Saturday night (6-18-2016) and we waited 25 minutes to get our shakes, which ok, they were half price, but the "manager" there named Tracy was furious about some guy who ordered a ton of food and that some lady had driven off after ordering, she was furious enough that I could hear her yelling at co -workers She was also unfortunately the person taking orders on the drive through and she was rude, condescending and acted like everyone who was ordering was a moron. It was unpleasant and unprofessional and it marks the last time I will go to this particular sonic.
