The bar is average here. What I really disliked was the food. Even food on special is over priced for what you receive. Its simply a sub-par kitchen and they are charging a premium. I live nearby and was hoping to find a neighborhood hangout. Not happening here. Lastly, there are some terrible regulars in this place. Im a white guy and I couldnt believe how many racist comments were freely thrown around from both White and Hispanic patrons. An example: a random white guy began talking my ear off and loudly repeating the N word (bar echoing loud) with some racist jokes. After the racial thing became overwhelming, I looked up to the bar tenders for a little help. They just ignored it like it was business as usual. I paid my tab and left in the middle of the game I was watching. Thats one time I was in there, I gave this place at least a handful of visits and at best it was a 3-star visit. Just a sad sack of regulars, which usually happens with a bar that is going under. Clean up your act, that starts with the staff taking accountability for the over-served racist customers. F this place, Id rather eat at the food cart in front of the Home Depot, far better food.

4:45 pm Wed 8 April. Sat down for beer and know there is small discount for happy hour on draft beer. Ordered Great Divide IPA and put five dollar bill down to pay for the beer which is $3.25. I had change of $1.75 on bar for three minutes and bartender/day manager (who was done with shift) scoop it up like it was a tip. REALLY??? Recommend a few things; - keep an eye one your change - go somewhere else that does not try to slide a 12 oz glass in exchange for a pint. - as a cyclist who stops in frequently, ask that there is proper bike rack. Does this place know that it is on the Bear Creek trail? I will go to another place going forward as not first time having less than a good experience here.

Great Lil hideout, I spend some time in the area visiting and heard of this place but it is tricky to find. That being said its a very friendly place with nice wait staff and reasonable prices. I didnt eat so cant comment on that. The place is clean with a cozy atmosphere pictures all over of pets and what have you. Seems like a stable for Bear Valley residents to wind down and have a few, and catch up with old friends. Very comfortable and I look forward to going back.

Love our local bar. Not sure what these bad reviews are all about. Never had a problem with the food nor the prices. Love how their domestic beers are always $2.50 all day everyday. The staff is always amazing if your not a normal person trying to act like a critic. Keep up the great work!

I work all threw and around the denver greater area, found this place in googke maps so me and a few workers tried it out. The food was skimpy at best, and everything was clearly fried all in one vat. The beer selection wasnt bad, but they should fix their kitchen staff.... a lot...

The atmosphere is enjoyable with all the dog pictures on the walls. The service was quick and friendly. The food is good and at a reasonable price. So if you want to get out of the house for a little while this is a nice friendly neighborhood bar and restaurant to go to:)

Terrible service. I had a complaint about the fish n chips. $16. The 2 pieces of fish were tiny little fingers. Maybe 4oz at best..The waitress said to me that the portion was normal. And then walk away. I will never go back.

Ill never go back they charge too much for the beer and it dont even have Frosted Mug so the beer was kind of on the warm side and I mashhadi so I did not care for the place and I like I said Ill never go back

Atmosphere is okay but the food is DELICIOUS! We really appreciate the high quality ingredients they use... Burger Mondays, the cheddar brisket sandwich... We just love the food and the local feeling!

In the last few months, its gone hill. Very poor service. It took 1/2 hr for someone to ask for our order and that was after it took 15 mins for a beer. This place isnt that large or that busy.

The food, drinks and service is great! And the atmosphere is nice with music playing but not so loud you have to yell at others in your party. Love this place and go regularly!
