I just found my new happy place. First, Michael, the owner, greeted me and talked me through the ordering process. He and the staff were very warm and welcoming. I should have stopped at the amazing panini, but.... I didnt. Swallowed down the daily special, spicy poblano panini, and followed that with a few bites of my friends cob salad with house made dressing. Im not usually a fan of salad dressing, but this was tangy and slightly sweet and perfectly balanced. Then, I polished off a raspberry truffle. OMG! It was so amazing, I got a pretzel to bring home. Just polished that off with soup. I will be returning very soon.

I simply went in to ask a couple questions staff was super friendly place was really cute very clean and my goodness I am not a pretzel person but its not only the best I have ever had it ranks up there along with bread... And giving you an idea of how much I love eating bread I usually have a loaf a day I am absolutely going back over and over and over again

I loved the Ado bong Mani (could be less expensive though), Cheese roll, Putout, and Mini U be. Anxious to try the Pickled Papaya, Vegan Bingeing, Biko & Egg Pie :) Inspect your item as I saw one with mold one time. They should put the Nutritional Value and Best Before date on their items. Bakery reminds me of the ones in the Philippines minus the fly.

Apparently getting a sandwich without an egg on it is a big deal. First the guy ringing us up gave us a weird look when we asked for no egg and then low and behold it was delivered with an egg on it. The cinnamon roll was tasty but it came without a fork and the coffee wasnt any better than something you could make at home. Wont be back.

I cant write enough good things about City Bakery. Im from Portland and I go there every time Im in town for lunch because they make the best sandwiches in the city, get the Poblano if you like some spice! On top of that, the owner is incredibly nice. This is a small business that Im very proud to support.

Not only was he welcoming but the hostesses there sweet and accommodating. Had the Greek Omelet and it was delicious. Highly recommended...

What an amazing little gem! Im grateful to coworkers who suggested this quaint bakery, that honestly I had never even paid mind to with all of the times Ive driven up Lincoln. Had the turkey and artichoke panini and it was fantastic. Friendly staff, great food, support small business!

Not bad. The sandwich is pretty good. They could of been a little more friendly but the food is good. I think that olive and finch make the best European style sandwiches in town but city bakery would definitely be in my top ten.

Went in for a coffee. Said they had no drip coffee, didnt offer to even make a fresh pot. Sold me a much more expensive americano and a chai. Both were awful. Americano tasted burnt. Chai was nasty and super sweet. Avoid

Excellent sandwiches! The bread is delicious and fresh baked. The turkey and artichoke panini was my favorite of the ones we ordered, but they all were fantastic. You also get a fresh baked cookie with your order!
