Charm is a 5 star. Baristas are 5 star for their demeanor and friendliness. The double chocolate GF muffin, warmed, was tasty. My wife loved the guacamole toast! Really great ambiance and local art. However....what coffee shop runs out of coffee at 8:30 on Sat morning??? My wife wanted the dark roast, and since it they use pump machines and brewer, it took literally 30 minutes for her to get coffee. It was great when she got it, sweetened with honey, but cmon...enjoying a cup of coffee in a cute little shop is kinda hard sans coffee. Well be back, hoping to have great, timely coffee in this appealing little cafe.

A silent push as I celebrate my day of recognition, I completed then incline going up and coming down bar trail in 1hour 20 minutes - ( I ran the bar trail all the way down). - At 9am not many places are open on Sunday morning. Then I find this Gem, very relaxed atmosphere with large seating tucked in the back with lounge chairs and a couch, along with local art for purchase and small library of interesting reads. - After being nourished with an amazing freshly made breakfast burrito, I washed it down with a ( I wish I would have bought two ) Freshly made berry smoothy. Honestly their bagel was okay, they just didnt have a large selection. Im from new York out here visiting the town didnt have much open before 10am so we stopped in. My sister was bothered because they didnt do eggs over easy only over hard. Which makes a bacon egg and cheese worthless. Anyways the people behind the counter were nice, a little slow but I guess thats just a typical statement from a new yorker. Anyways if youre looking for something hip and fancy for breakfast probably a good place but just a grab and go kind of place it is not.

Slow. Three people behind the counter yet it seemed like no one could greet customers as they came in. We placed our order and observed. It took 14 minutes before they even started to make our cold sandwich as the three employees chatted a bit before getting to work. It was another 6 minutes before we got our food so 20 minutes total from placing order to food on the table. Food was nothing special. A cold sandwich that I could make easily at home. Rather disappointed overall.

I had my doubts, but Red Dog blew them away! The customer service is friendly and food is delivered quickly. The food is outstanding and customizable. I usually order the turkey avocado and add pepper jack, then toast it. The lattes are unique and delicious. The best part of Red Dog is the artwork found in the back! My daughter loves to try to copy the dog artwork and look through the books in the back. I will definitely be returning and recommend Red Dog.

Friendly,helpful staff..local artists work displayed...lots of space with couches..a nice balance of quirky artsy and family friendly..the staff and owners are very welcoming,warm and accomodating! 3 varieties of delicious coffee to choose from...and the muffins are SOOO much NOMS!

Physical part of the shop is fine, and staff was friendly enough. Food on the other hand was not. Side of potatoes is just under $4, was about 1/3 of a cup, dry, scraped from the remnants of the warming drawer, literally. Green Berry smoothy had little to no flavor.

Cute little shop that always seems to have fresh flowers. Kids drawings on the counter wall and other actual local art. Girlfriend enjoys dry muffins, so good to be her. Drinks are enjoyable. 4 stars because staff isnt terribly enthusiastic.

Its got a unique vibe and a fun attitude. One of the plaques inside says "All dogs welcome. People will be tolerated." Beer on tap. Pastries. Good coffee. Puzzles, books and lots of artwork inside. Worth a visit if youre in Manitou.

Food was good, but they service was less than stellar. The waitress actually dumped paper waste out of a little decorative bucket onto our table, and the barista didnt fully understand the difference between iced coffee and cold brew.

This place is always great! The people are super sweet, helpful and friendly. The food, tea and coffee are always tasty and memorable! My wife craves their turkey cranberry wrap! Its as if all their products are made with love!

Personable staff and clean restaurant. Had an Italian sandwich with a side salad. It was fine. Nothing too special. The decor in the restaurant is great! Its got a nerdy, quirky theme and that makes it feel very welcoming.

Love this place! The food and coffee is great. They have breakfast and lunch and they have beer. But best of all, they allow dogs inside! This is my favorite place to eat or get a cup of coffee in Manitou Springs.

There are great coffee choices here, the staff is friendly, and its in Manitou Springs which is on if my favorite places around the Springs. Its a good place to stop in and warm up on a cold day!
