worst service ever i got married at the cable center last month and we stayed at the holiday inn cherry creek the night of the weeding so after the reception my husband and i with a few of our guests also staying at the holiday inn decided to go eat. the restaurant was pretty empty but they sat us all the way in the back, took forever to take our order, even longer to bring our food amogst getting the order incorrect when asked about the wait the waiter had an attitude and then really got upset when told some of the order was wrong after arguing with us about the service they called the cops nothing but happened but what a way to end your wedding night uuuuggghhh never again will i go to this or any other perkins

Ive come in maybe two times, and both times Ive gotten easily the coolest waitress any establishment would fight tooth and nail to have on staff. Her name I think is Shelley? She Is honestly a very kind and accommodating person and made sure I had everything promptly. Made my night for the second time. And in top of that was working through a migraine and my high maintenance personality didnt phase her one bit. perkins is unbelievably lucky. If i could suggest some kind of token of appreciation be awarded to her...i truly dont know her but completely support and will back up every word that Ive said. thanks Shelley!! 10 stars of google had it like that

We came in after our shift for a good experience (food and service). We had a short wait to be seated and that is when things went south. We waited for someone to wait on us for a good bit. When someone who worked there walked by we asked if she could take our order and she complied even though she was off the clock. (The other sever just plain our ignored us). Our drinks came & the manager delivered our food after a bit and got what we were lacking. The Original server did not check on us again ignoring us until we were done to give us our check. While we did not get value for what was ordered, the service was horrible. We wont go back.

Manager Ray, apparently thought I didnt fit in. After seeing me walk in, didnt acknowledge me, I will give him that he was cashing someone out, however protocol dictates at minimum mention "Ill be right with you" or some type of acknowledgement. So I sat in the waiting area, mind you this is 2pm on Wednesday, not the busiest time of day. I looked around for a seat yourself sign but it said wait to be seated. Finally he asked "how can I help you" I have no idea what he thought I was here for. But as usual Perkins all over the country has great food great Cooks good recipes

I generally prefer Perkins over Dennys, IHOP, or Waffle House. They have chicken fried chicken and eggs, which you wont find everywhere. Their muffins, pies, and cakes are very, very good. Im giving this location lower ratings because they will sometimes have country music playing, which I find offensive. Otherwise it will be classic rock, which is almost as bad. The service has rarely been very good. And the food really isnt so great here.

WORST RESTAURANT EVER!!! I ORDERED A HOT CHOCOLATE MILK AND AS I WAS GETTING NEAR THE END OF MY DRINK THERE WAS A DOLLAR BILL AT THE BOTTOM OF IT!!!! AND THEY STILL MADE ME PAY FOR EVERYTHING!!!! the waitress was really nice to us but she acted like he had no idea how that got there. LIKE REALLY? nasty AF!!! The whole restaurant is gross!!!! theres lip marks on all their glasses. I dont even know how this restaurant is even open.

Its been yrs since Ive eaten at Perkins. I wasnt disappointed either, exactly like I remembered. They obviously have different food items but still have all the classics. Fast and friendly with the service. I had to have a slice of lie and cookie to go, ate them both the next day and tasted super fresh. Its Perkins, you already know what your getting before you walk in

I have been here several times. Each time has gotten progressively worse. This morning we waited over 30 minutes and never got our food. This was a VERY simple breakfast order. Eggs and pancakes should not take more than 10 minutes, EVER! The staff need to worry about working, and not taking breaks. Never coming back.

Maybe not to the level of a IHOP or Dennys, but Perkins packs a good punch for breakfast food (And their chicken noodle soup is some of the best around) Plus they are open late (I think 24 hours?) so if youre out late they are a good option compared to IHOP up the street that can be packed even late

Food was ok.... and the waitress was the only on on the floor so she was so busy it was close to impossible to get a drink refill. the nasty half dressed prostitute begging outside didnt help when we walked in. and when we left the pill heads sitting on the doorstep smoking was very distasteful

Waste of $40....Took forever to get waited on and it wasnt even busy. The waitress was rude and the food also took forever and it wasnt even hot when we got it. It was also wrong. She had some of the stuff I ordered on my moms plate and vice versa.The food was ok I guess.

Been a good late night stop for a few years now. The management came to know us and are quite friendly for every visit. Good diner food, good coffee. The menu has its classics and updates for some new additions often.

Came in the store to place a to go order. Waited 8 mins before someone took my order. Woman infront of me conplained to manager meatloaf was half way cooked. I got a Chicken salad. It was ok but bad service!

I ate breakfast this morning at Perkins and enjoyed the Grannys omelette with pancakes. The omelette was good but the pancakes were really good. Service was friendly and efficient. Would come again.

Always consistent and the menu is changed from time to time to ensure that you can find what you want every time you visit. Friendly staff and know the menu well. A regular stop for many years.

Wifi was decent and we did a ton of studying here. Servers were always amazing, and the breakfasts and pie were delicious. Plenty of parking and its nice that a ton of student werent around.

Wont take orders over the phone, force you to go in and wait for their slow cooks to make you 1 sandwich, usually a half hour. I go elsewhere for this exact reason.
