I really like this place. Good coffee, good food, attentive service. Nothing fancy, which is how I like it; but a nice open, sunny, space with lots of tables to set up and work. Also, the music is good, which is so rare for a public space. Last week was classic rock from the stones, to Bowie, to talking heads. This week its deep r&b cuts from bands like the impressions and temptations. Only negative is there are often trust funders carrying on loudly about how tough life is when you dont have to do real work for a living and how they keep getting blisters from their sandals... So it goes.

We live in the neighborhood and are so happy to have a real neighborhood coffee shop as our cornerstone. Jose and Simon have created a beautifully happy and peaceful haven with a focus on diversity and community. The coffee is the best, the smoothest and most flavorful ever. If you come here you will likely never drink that bitter Starbucks coffee ever again. We are so happy to have Cherrybean in our neighborhood.

This is such a cute little coffee shop! I really enjoyed the ambiance, decor, and the staff when I visited. Its a quiet place which is very conducive to working and to conversation (not so quiet that it would be weird to chat there). Their tea options are somewhat limited, but quite delicious! I look forward to visiting again, and supporting the business.

I love this place! It is priced about the same as a Starbucks but the coffee is always fresh and hot and they have such a wide variety of drinks. From iced, hot blended and also some teas. The environment is great and laid back. A lot of people working on laptops. Overall the great coffee, the great staff and free WiFi is what keeps me coming back!

Excellent latte, great place to meet people for project discussions (etc.), and dog friendly. Came here after getting shooed away from Ink coffee for my colleague bringing his pup along. Ill definitely bring my editing sessions back here when Im in the area. I would love it if Cherry Bean would bring a good Nitro Cold Brew on-board their menu!

I just wish the coffee were better! The space is gorgeous and sunny, the baristas were friendly, and as a work environment it was really quite good. The espresso was fresh and not burnt, and the steamed milk was not scalded. Id absolutely go back but I really wish the choice of roast and the prep were more on par with Sweet Bloom or Thump.

Loved this shop. The owners were working and made great breakfast burritos. The recommended the horchata. I was skeptical at first, but they assured us that their version was different and that it would be worth trying. They were right! It was fantastic! The shop was very quiet and had a lot of natural light.

The Sunnyside neighborhood is very fortunate to have such a wonderful coffee shop on the corner of 41st and Tejon St. The owner Simon takes great pride in his business. The premium coffee is amazing and if you want to really treat yourself, try a fresh squeezed juice smoothie. A true gem.

Seems like a nice enough place to go, hang out, and grab a decent coffee, expresso or whatever youre into. But lets just face it, the real reason for this review is the Horchata. Soooo good! Especially hot!! My only complaint is that they didnt have more reviews about it.

Have had coffee in many states, I would rate this place one of the coffee shops that I will come back to! Owner is awesome and their Cortadito Cubano is amazing! Ps. Make sure you busy a chocolate, its full of flavor! Advice Local Community Manager.

I really enjoy coming to Cherry Bean. Great coffee with 3 milk substitutes and even some vegan goodies! Lots of tables and some outlets nearby makes it easy to come here alone or for a work meeting!
