Closed more than an hour ahead of schedule - Staff Couldnt Care Less!! We live in the Bailey area and it is a 20-30 minute drive to this establishment. They publish their closing time as 10:00 pm on Fridays both online and on their door. We conversed with a young gentleman and calmly voiced our frustration and disappointment at their early closure only to receive an attitude of "yeah, ok...I let management know...are you done yet so I can go back to watching TV". This was very disturbing to both of us so we asked him to also tell management that we would not ever be coming back, to which he replied, OK and then went back to his booth seat to watch TV and hang with his co-workers. If you care to know the prelude...my wife and I both found ourselves working late and from past experience knew that wed be able to pay a visit to them at 9:00 pm and have dinner. We arrived at 9:10 and were informed that due to it being a slow evening, they closed early and the cook had already gone home. I informed them that although I understand the reasoning, this is not a good practice for a dining establishment in a rural area where they are the only game in town at that hour and there arent any other options other than fast food. I also tried to convey that it is a bit out of our way to make the drive there and to spend 30 minutes driving there only to find theyre closed, when we could have gone somewhere else closer to us and would have arrived prior to them closing, really ruined our evening. I do not like to show up someplace 15 minutes or less prior to them closing which is why we opted for "3 Margaritas" vs. a closer establishment since we would have arrived with nearly an hour left before "3 Margaritas" closed. The gentleman we encountered was very disinterested in our viewpoint and treated us like our presence was an annoyance. This is the second time weve found ourselves unable to dine here as they decided to close the restaurant for the entire evening...perhaps the whole day...because of a Denver Broncos game. Seriously? You close for a game whereas most other places extend their hours to serve their patrons? That is twice weve been burned...there will not be a third.

We stopped in there on Sunday afternoon after a motorcycle ride. There were just under twenty of us and wed called ahead, the day before, to let them know our group would be dining there for lunch. The staff were waiting for us and were extremely attentive to our needs. Unfortunately, I was away from my table when the food came and returned to see only mine and one other persons places without a dish. I figured the rest of the food would come in a second wave of deliveries and so I waited, munching on the complimentary chips and surprisingly good salsa. But no food came. I nearly mentioned something about it when I looked around and noticed most of my friends were finishing up their dished. Now, I had a choice to make: either say something, get my food and make the others wait for me, or say nothing and see if they add the food to my tab (which, thus far, only had a Pepsi on it). The waiter came by after the plates were cleared and handed everyone their bills. I informed him that my food never came. He seemed surprised and asked me if I wanted him to bring it to me at no charge. I declined his offer citing that the group was preparing to leave. He, instead, gave me my soda for free which I was fine with. The last time I ate at a 3 Margaritas was about a year prior in Littleton, CO. That one was atrocious and the staff acted more as though the customers should be honored to be eating there. The 3 Margaritas in Conifer was much better in quality of service (naturally I couldnt judge the food) and, should I find myself in Conifer and hungry again, I would have no regrets about stopping by.

My wife and I go to 3 Margaritas all over Colorado. Its one of our favorite restaurant chains, however sometimes you run into not so good service. This 3 Margaritas has a different menu than Ive seen before. It didnt have all the combinations the others do, including the one that is my favorite. So I asked the waiter about combination four, and he bluntly told me pointing to the menu, "Thats what we have." He was very condescending. You sometimes get that at 3 Margaritas; some of their waiters can be arrogant and confrontational. Anyway, this waiter is one, and for some reason he was insulted by my questione about the other combinations, and he and the manager and the lady that brought over the chips all acted like I was being a jerk. When he brought me my burrito it was a log with the tiny bit of green chili on top, obviously a point being made I guess. My wifes enchiladas had no cheese on them as they usually do that other 3 Margaritas. I recieved very poor service. The only reason I almost gave them 2 stars because the seasoning of the burrito and of their salsa for the chips was delightful, but I will never go there again. Not a very nice experience.

absolutely horrible. they seated us fairly quickly and first round of drinks came fairly quickly, but that was it. took over a half an hour to get the food, the tortilla in my dish tasted stale and my friends chicken molle was crunchy as if it was all tendon and no meat and there was barely a half a handful of chicken in the dish. my drink sat empty and no one came to check on us in that half hour, then i had to stop the server after he dropped our plates and darted off to ask if i could get another drink. he said hed take half off the ticket and comp one drink and didnt. we left half our food and left and will never go back

It is a chain, and my wife and I enjoy a wide range of culinary experiences, so we werent expecting much when we settled for this place on a busy sat afternoon where we passed on the crowded evergreen options - Especially with the restaurant being so quiet when we first came in. Still, the service was outstanding, the wait staff was friendly and responsive. my wifes ensalada costa algegre (shrimp and mango salad) was fresh, light and tasty, and my spinach quesadilla wad great. Even the house margaritas was well above the typical house fair. One of the better deals we have had in a long time. We will return.

Horrible food!!! My daughter and I ordered fish tacos. It was over cooked dried up fish with mayo as their so called white sauce. My husband and youngest son ordered Huevos Rancheros. That was just eggs on top of a tortilla. My husband had his with chorizo and ended up sick a half an hour later. My oldest son ordered tacos and it was dried up meat in shells. I have had better food at Taco Bell. Disgusting Food!!! The only reason I am even giving 1 star is for the waiter was nice.

Had dinner here on a Thursday night, shop was not empty, but our party of 5 was seated quickly. Our drinks were brought around quickly, food ordered and brought out to us in a very timely manner. Our server was Crystal, but there was a great deal of teamwork among the servers to keep our table happy. We are from out of town, but if Im in the area, I will be back.
