I have been frequenting this Las Palmeras for nearly 3 years, I think the food is teriffic and will not take that away from them, however the past 4-5 times I have patronized this restaurant mistakes have been in my order and I have been dissatisfied with the attitude and service of its employees at check out when asking for mistakes to be corrected. To the point that I am now actively looking for alternatives. If what I am doing that day leaves me no other option, I will visit again but only if there is no other option. I think it is very unfortunate that I have had to make this choice after such a long time of great interactions and great food. This couldve/shouldve been a 5 star review!

As an ex-Texan, I have a hard time with Mexican food out here. Its not bad; just very, very different from what were used to. For example, no one out here does chips and queso. Why? Its a revelation. Also, the salsa tends to have dried and/or green chilis it and frequently oregano. Again, not wrong, just not Tex-Mexican. So, for me, the salsa at Las Palmeras is a lifesaver. Fresh, amazingly for Colorado, SPICY, and no oregano or chilis (besides fresh jalapeno). Not being a meat-eater, I just got a big bean burrito, which is kind of boring, but makes a good substrate for introducing salsa into your face. Will definitely go back for a breakfast burrito soon.

Great mexican food. I only go to Las palmeras for mexican food. Lived all over Texas and its just as good. Tex-mex food not so good but that franchise for you. Hole in 5he walls are the best.

Great authentic Mexican food. The staff was very friendly and very enthusiastic. The food was really good and the prices were really low. Ordered a ton of food for less than $10.
