*VISITORS BEWARE* Ive been a visitor of this restaurant since Before they changed names and ownership. Ive been here every week for the past three years. There constant flow of new employees makes me question why I even still go there. Tonight, I was accused of walking out on a $5 tab. The waitress who was accusing gave us such horrible service last week that 2 out of 9 of us didnt leave a tip. In turn, she took the money for the burger, saying everyone at our table stiffed her. She confronted us tonight and was so unbelievably rude I had to leave to save myself the stress. Anywho, after explaining she said "something might have gotten mixed up,Ill just pay" we 100% left her money and everyone besides two people tipped. She felt stiffed so she took the money and tried To claim we didnt pay . For being as loyal as we have and to be treated the way we have this is absolutely not okay.She said we were "difficult customers because we all used loyalty cards" and that "I was warned about you guys" Im sorry, but Ive been in the service industry for almost 10 years, tips mean "to ensure prompt service". I dont understand how we are difficult for using a system they set in place. If you dont want people using their loyalty cards then simply dont offer it.We payed the tab by the way. Full price. No loyalty. $10.25. For a $5 tab. And if we didnt pay we are banned from the restaurant. my review has been deleted from their Facebook page twice. And I have been BANNED for expressing my opinion.

Food was average. I had an AM burger. The yoke on the egg was broken and the bottom bun (Texas toast) was so soggy it was hard to pick up. Service was slow but there was a large party in our section so she gets a pass. The main problem I had was: I put $20 in the juke box and over half of the songs I selected were skipped by someone on the staff. The song would come on and about 10 or so seconds in it would cut off and go to the next song. At one point I had 3 in a row skipped. This is theft. They offered a service, accepted my money, then failed to deliver. I mentioned it to my waitress who was genuinely distressed and said she would get the manager. She stopped by later and said the managers babe was Lance and that I should go to the bar and talk to him. What? No! I shouldnt go to the bar. He should come to me. Thats ridiculous! They stole my money! I paid my bill in full. Left s generous tip for my waitress and left. I will not be back and you shouldnt go there. Kevin Whitlock

Love mother muffs... theyre Sunday mimosas are such a bargain and delicious, but service today was terrible. Took forever to get both sets of drinks and after waiting for our second round, we asked about them and were rudely snapped at by a waitress (believe her name was Jessica) who blamed the "busy" bartender. We were watching the whole time... he wasnt busy, and as soon as she left our table and asked for 3 mimosas, he quickly made them. Being a former waitress, I assume she was irritated because we just wanted drinks for a bit, but we would tip accordingly if we didnt order food and took up a 4 top. Her rude demeanor made us promptly take our out of town visitors down the block. Never had bad service here before, and will continue to try again next time if we had the other girl with long hair or skinny guy with a ponytail since they looked like they were hustling. Too many good places in old colorado city to waste time and money with snippy service.

Visited on the 23rd of January at 7:50 PM, purpose was a get together of other Couch Surfing folks (during my time there, they didnt attend). Well I waited, I order a cup of coffee and the Prime Philly Sandwich with a Bake Potato. When the meal came - it look ok, not really a wow factor. The sandwich tasted good except it was cold & some of the meat was burnt. The bake potato was also cold. I open a second set of silverware and presented a tasty morsel to the waitress. Dont recall her name, she acknowledge that the morsel was cold, apologize, and took it back to the kitchen. Was not charged for this. I must say - the waitress and staff were excellent! The person from Couch Surfing whom was suppose to set this up (a separate issues), for myself I will return at a later date, to try their food out. For this is a new bar & restaurant and there are at times bumps in the road.

Used to be a good place for both food and fun or just hanging fir a while. Now, its a tourist trap money pit with expensive plates for a lot of money. Service.is absolutely horrible and the wait from the kitchen makes you think they lost your order. Dont worry, youll get the food, if you want to wait about an hour and a half! Thats just for a couple of burgers! Maybe if they didnt burn everything it wouldnt take as long. Theres just nothing good to say about this place. Bad service, burnt food that takes forever, music thats so loud you cant hear yourself yell. Karaoke by the most vulgar mouthed punk Ive ever had the displeasure of encountering. Th his place just plain sucks!

This is a great place to hang out until you show up on a Friday to relax and play pool and find more than half the bar closed for a private event. Major disappointment. Were the type who find a great place and frequent it so if youre like us, choose one of the many other bars in the city who have pool and drinks and dont shut down on one of the busiest nights of the week. Well probably never go back, this is so frustrating. Update: the response Ive gotten from this business after reviewing on Facebook is absolutely pathetic. They clearly do not value local, continuous business and are uninterested in making amends with unsatisfied customers. Definitely never returning.

I received a coupon in the mail (buy one entree and two drinks & get a second entree for free) My wife and I decided to try this place out even after reading all the horrible reviews, but the pictures of the food looked decent. So we thought "why not!! Its up the street from our house" Upon arrival we parked in the back so free parking in Old Colorado City was a plus. My wife mentioned she used to go to this place when it was once "Meadow Muffins" and the food was delicious. So we expected the food to be just as tasty. We were sadly disappointed by the customer service and our impaient waiter. My wife ordered the biscuits and gravy

Great food, great prices, great atmosphere! The reason I came here was because after quick Google search and found that they had stuffed French toast, one of my favorites. Its hard to find good stuff French toast, and theirs hits the mark. I got that, my husband got the cinnamon roll (pretty good sized) and we split a bacon bowl. It came with toast and hashbrowns, and was the perfect amount for us to split plus our sweets. We didnt partake in any of the drinks, but we were told theres a rewards program that does include drinks. Its definitely a place that should be tried!
