The service was fantastic! The food was edible at best. I had the eggs benedict, the eggs were served over easy, not poached and the whole thing was drenched in hollandaise most likely out of a jar or powdered. My daughter ordered scrambled eggs and they came out in what I can only describe as a patty shaped egg thing and dry. The sausage link was excellent, however and recommended as a side. I ordered a breakfast burrito to go to bring home to my wife, I hope its better than what my daughter and I had. 1st impression... Great Service, food was disappointing. Well give this place another shot one day because we believe in supporting local businesses but only one more if the food fails to impress again.

Awesome place to eat. Fast, friendly service at great prices. Literally, some of the best customer service Ive had since moving to Brighton. Got there at 1:15 on a Saturday ordered two burgers and a burrito and we were done with everything before 2 pm. Several groups came in after us and as far as I could tell, they were all served with the same courtesy. And they closed at 2 so this is even more impressive. Homemade food & Im not sure I know of any non fast food that you can get a burger and fries for less than $10. Good job main street. My family will eat here again!

This place is effing ridiculous. They serve portions differently every time you go there. I got a chicken fried steak once and it nearly filled the entire plate. I just went this morning and it literally didnt even take up a 1/4 of the plate. PLUS...BEWARE...do NOT tip based on their suggested tip on the receipt. The tip amounts at the bottom of the receipt is after tax total and that is WRONGGGG. You tip on the subtotal amount, not the post tax total. Literally will never go here again. I love small businesses but not when they try to scam their customers.

The experience was excellent.the decor was basic and clean. Clean is good. A literal hole in a wall place but a gem. The staff was courteous and prompt. I ordered the Country Skillet and pancakes. I could tell the green peppers and onions were diced fresh and the pancakes were crisp and fluffy. Lisa ordered the avocado burger which was cooked to perfection. The fries were killer. I had to try a few. Our drinks was never dry and we were checked upon by all wait staff on our needs. This place is definitely one of the top places in Brighton!

Its a nice quiet and cozy place however that was really the only good thing that I got to experience while eating here. The service was very poor. It took an extremely long time to be served and when our food came out many parts of our order were missing. Our waitress missed most of our sides and gave very poor service. The food was rather bland as well, I will not be returning to eat here. I do not recommended.

Main Street Cafe started out years ago as a small corner store restaurant serving great (and I mean GREAT) food!!- Its awesome to see theyve brought over their same awesome staff and great food. After the initial move late last year I have been here several times and have watched the cafe take the good and bad reviews and make this place even better!!! Great place to stop and grab breakfast/lunch!

Loved this place! Its a warm and cozy family friendly restaurant. I ordered the carne asada tacos and nutella banana crepes. They were delicious! Everything was fresh and homemade. Our server was friendly, fast and efficient. We will definitely be back.

Food was good. Waitress spilled syrup all over my son in law, barely apologized and took 5 minutes to bring us a rag to wipe off the seat and him. I watches while she went to the kitchen and took someone else their drinks before going back for the rag.
