I have many food allergies and went to this Chipotle because other Chipotles always accommodated me when I ordered. Before I ordered I explained that I had many food allergies. The server asked if I wanted her to change her gloves. I told her yes. She acted irritated that she had to change the gloves. Then I told her I wanted a quesadilla kids meal explaining that I was allergic to wheat. I asked if I could have a corn shell on top and one on the bottom. She said OK. My husband ordered 2 of the same because of his sensitivity to wheat also. Then I asked to have some corn salsa and tomatoes sprinkled on with the cheese. She told us that would be the two sides of the kids meal, so we would not get anything else. We said OK. When we went to pay she said that would be 6 kids meals! What a unprofessional and embarrassing way to treat someone because they have food allergies. Basically she wanted us to pay for two meals just because we asked for an extra corn shell on top and counted the salsa and tomato as side dishes. UNBELIEVABLE! My husband was so upset he told her to keep his meals and he would pay for mine. The server then said Ill just give them to you free then, would you like some chips. Already embarrassed and pissed off my husband said just keep your chips. We will never go back there again because of all the Mexican restaurants we ever ate at, Chipotle or Qudoba, this is the only one that humiliated us like that because of our food allergies.

I love Chipotle but the terrible old mexican lady here is just a burden to society that needs to be fired. I went in when there was no line and some attractive looking pleasant young lady began to make my first burrito, taking care in the process and doing a good job. Then this bitter old fossil jumps all over her yelling at her telling her she is too slow and just jumps in and takes over. She piles everything in same spot because she is in such a hurry for some reason so Im only eating one ingredient at a time. Then when she goes to wrap it she just folds it over instead of wrapping it, so instead of a burrito I get a big pile of food in tin foil. Im not the kind of person that usually complains about anything but I hope the owner reads this and sends her into an early retirement. If she is in there next time I will ask for someone else to make it or go some where else.

Garbage. Ive been coming to this location since it opened. It was great the first 3 years! But every year it gets worse. Less attention to detail with everything they do. 6/10 of the steak in my burritos come with fat. Not gonna pay extra for trash steak. Complete bs. They guy cutting meat in the back doesnt care. Just cuts it and says here you go. Ive also often found the guacamole with large portions of avocado in it. Unfortunately I pay for you to make it guacamole. Not to cut me out of what I ordered. All said and done. The place is great if you dont want steak or guacamole. If you do. Go to Los potrancas right down the street. Youll be more satisfied for the same price. Edit 7 months later. Nothing has changed. Still large chunks in the guacamole.

Very disappointed. Honestly, I have no idea why I even give Chipotle any chances given that every single time I order they happen to get meat in my food! Today I ordered a Sofritas bowl and bit into a hugs piece in steak 3 bites in. YUCK! Its always either chicken or steak, every single time, and every single location I try has the same problem. Cant you move the Sofritas elsewhere? Its not a meat and it says vegan on the menu yet you guys stick it right next to the meat and carelessly get meat mixed into it. Come on! Have some common sense! I will not be going back until something improves on the line.

Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of us during our visit. You and your staff were so very accommodating and informed about our special dietary needs. The food was delicious! I tried the steak and it was delicious! It was so nice to know we didn’t have to worry as much about our food even tho this isnt the location we always go to! Driving from Cherry Creek to Arvada is worth the drive! Once again THANK YOU SO MUCH for everything! You and your staff are amazing. Thanks again for all your hard work!

Upon arriving, lines were long and the environment was very loud. The service, though, was very speedy, as is accustomed of Chipotle. The burritos, as always, are very delicious and the brown rice with pinto beans and chicken continues to be my favorite combination. And despite the large amount of people, this restaurant was big enough to find a place to sit.

I used to eat here two times a week now its every couple months. I am so disappointed in their pinto beans since they stopped putting meat in them to season. they are so uninspired they dont even have salt and when theyre a little bit undercooked then it just makes me wish Id gone somewhere else. Love the seasonings they use in the rest of their products

Great location. Always busy but they manage the line quickly and without fuss. If your in a rush call ahead or order online to cut the time it takes. Im sure everyone know of the quesorito but if you dont. And your really hungry. Go for it. Nothing stamps out hunger like a quesadilla wrapped around a burito that weighs as much as a small child.

I went to this location for years, however, in about mid-2008 they cut the portions in about half. They serve burrito bowls half-empty. One-time the cashier even charged me for chips and salsa instead of a bowl, as she was embarrassed by how little food they had given me. Chipotle is the best, but avoid this location.

Service was slow and clumsy compared to other Chipotles Ive been to. The person preparing our burritos didnt drain the meat (making the burrito soggy) and ripped one of the burritos. She rewrapped the burrito but didnt ask if I wanted the bonus burrito as they usually do at other Chipotles.

Of all the Chipotle restaurants I have been to this one is by far the best. It is always clean and well maintained. For a restaurant that is absolutely imperative. The staff is friendly. And even though it gets busy you never have to stand in line too long.

My better half and I came here for lunch and we both ordered naked burrito bowls, well we started eating and his chicken was cold and my steak was like warm. We wont be back, we will just go to Qudoba down the road from now on!

We went in just a little before closing and apologized to them for it, but they were awesome! Great service and great food just before close is a good indication that this location is well managed and staffed by great people.
