Jamba Juice is great, we really enjoy the smoothies, but the locations are really hit or miss. Not sure if its issues that need to be solved at the corporate level or if each store has its own issues. The Denver West location needs to get somethings changed or figured out. My wife and I went in last Sunday (3/19/2017), the lobby was full of people just standing around, no one in line and no one drinking a smoothie. Not a good sign... We ordered at 1:06PM, and after ordering we were told by one of the other patrons that they had been waiting close to 45 mins for their two drinks. We were trying to be in and out within 10 mins. We watched the staff behind the counter, one girl was washing dishes, which were stacked up on the ground, a guy was cutting carrots and the other girl was taking orders and making smoothies all by herself. Then a fourth employee walks in and I thought maybe they will pull it together and increase their times and efficiency, but I was completely wrong. That fourth employee never came out front the entire time we were there. At 1:37PM I noticed they finally called the order for the guy that was in front of us in the line, then they called the next order for the people that were behind us in line... Then it occurred to me, they may have lost our order, so we wait two more orders and now its closer to 1:45PM. I go up and ask the girl where our order was and I give her my name, and she is astonished I didnt get my order. Well it was never put into the line, I just paid $14 for nothing and stood around for 45 mins. I repeat my order and she just looks through the screens, so I say I dont have time to wait another 30 mins to get the two smoothies, so I ask for a refund. The carrot guy comes up (Brian I believe) to give me a refund, he has to get the book out to determine the complicated procedure of printing a receipt for a refund... I got onto my online mobile banking app and checked that the refund was processed faster than he could figure out how to print a receipt. I say dont worry about the receipt, the girl then yells to the guy to get us some coupons, and he doesnt know where they are, and she doesnt either. So he smiles and shrugs and says sorry guys. No, I am sorry I ever stepped into this store. I would avoid this store for a while. unless you like to pay for nothing and waste your time...

SLOW and impersonal service! Took 15 minutes to get my drink and there were only 4 people in front of me. After waiting all that time, the cup was only 2/3rds full. They made a half attempt to offer to remake it but at that point I had wasted too much time. I will not be giving this location my business again.

Disgusting. Saw a little boy with his hands down his pants, after he touch all the snacks in the front. Told the staff and they did nothing. .. then the boy had his mouth and hands all over the counter where drinks were served. Very filthy, Sanitation is not a priority her.

Not sure what happened to the smoothie craze... this place is great. All the flavors are killers and the ability to add protein or vitamin supplements is great if you want it. Food is fast service is spectacular. You should really drop by and grab one.

This place sucks. I love Jamba Juice, but they up charged me without telling me they were going to do it. Then didnt even fill my cup with the juice I purchased. Go to another Jamba Juice as this is a great company, but a very poor location.

They are ALWAYS out of a staple ingredient. Today they were out of peaches and pineapple. Last time they were out of mango. But theyll charge me a higher price if I want "fresh" pineapple? Not stopping here again.

One of the best places in Golden to have a smoothie made for you by an Insane Clown Posse fan! Juggalo homiez for life!!!!!! Also the smoothies are delicious and the service is great.
