Worst weekend of my life. Made reservations- upon arrival I wasnt on the hosts list. She made it seem as I didnt call what made me very uncomfortable in front of my family. When I ordered my meal I requested no cheese.... Of course my dish was loaded with cheese and BTW I was charged twice for this dish as the server indicated that I didnt say I didnt want cheese (which is crazy) but all that didnt matter due to the stress I was under during the time I was supposed to pay the bill........ We ordered desert and consulted with the server what desert does NOT have peanuts as my son is allergic. She recommended the desert and as we are half way through I noticed some hives on my sons face. immediately I knew the desert contained peanuts. We paid the full bill and 20 into leaving his whole body was covered. We rushed to the hospital he spend the night there and we were horrified. The following day I had called to speak with a manager about this situation but his respond was- SUE ME. very sad.

It is very very rare for me to write a review. I have a business my self and I know how reviews can affect it. The experience I had with this place was horrid!!! My appetizer had a hair in it..... Yes, it could have been an honest mistake so we just didnt finish that dish. I didnt want to complain so we ordered the main meal. My main meal had a hair in it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I told our server about it- it almost felt like he tried to say it was my hair!!! I wasnt looking for any money back just for an understanding of the situation and I was surprised of how defensive the owner got when I explained the nasty hair in both my appetizer and main meal. He told me and my wife that we can leave now if we are not enjoying ourselves, not before we pay for an EXPENSSIVE HAIRY DINNER. I paid and I will never go back. Not recommended. Period.

One of THEE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Fist of, I had made a reservation like all other restaurants this one requires you to have a reservation just so you dont have to wait. Coming with a party of 12 and not having my name on the list when I had called a week before! NOT OK! ( as a client I would never just bring a party of 12 on a Friday evening knowing I dont have a reservation, Do I like dumb!) the wait was 45 to an hour. NO WAY! I called, I did my part the least they could do was accommodate me with SOMETHING!! I wasnt asking for the meal to be free!! Lacking in customer service, its sad because when it comes to a HIGH end restaurant (or so I thought it was) You expect HIGH end customer service. NOT HERE!! AVOID! . this is me typing a long story, short! Dont even want to waste my type writing about this sad restaurant..

Villa Piacere should be quarantined by a HazMat team. The waitress may as well have worn a gas mask and a rad indicator badge. From the lack of parking to the pitch-black restrooms, our dinner was a disaster. In between, we were insulted — no assaulted — by a pervasive odor from the moment we walked in, a scent of age and putrescence that defied description. It lingered throughout the meal. The salad could have learned lessons from Dennys, the petit filet was over salted, and the bordelaise sauce would have satisfied Count Dracula, but not us. I ended up dipping my steak in leftover ranch dressing. Dessert was a ridiculous, crumbling chocolate atrocity, but should have rightly been a set of Japanese suicide knives. The bill was the insult to the injury: it was $90 for two. !!!

Absolutely terrible! Service was non existent and if youre in a wheelchair or truly disabled in any way, they really dont care. My mother is in a wheelchair and they had no way for her to park her wheelchair access van that could enable her to enter the restaurant, after getting into the restauarant, ordering a meal, which took forever, cold when they received it, needed check right away, server couldnt be found through out the whole meal, they never came back, never really cared. We used to go to this place regularly when it was first Egberts (1960s) then, always, when it was Le Trec We thought we would have a nice experience, looking for new restaurant, that could be one of our favorites but, this one is NOT it. They lost a very good, regular fine dining family.

The Villa is one of the prettier restaurants Ive been to. It has a beautiful rustic look with amazing lighting throughout. We went on a Friday night and were able to park in a lot across the street. The lot was free but mostly full. The ambiance was so wonderful I want to try it again but unfortunately, we didnt enjoy our food. My steak had a weird taste which could have been from the char. It was so strong that I wasnt actually able to enjoy the steak and just tasted char. Im still trying to give it another go but havent been able to convince my significant other yet.

The crowd attracted to this swanky restaurant leaves something to be desired. Like the tinge of ash on the tongue, or the taste of Donald duck orange juice. The Villa is well decorated, but not well designed as bottle necking is your only option. I recommend a Lyft as your only other options are 20 dollar vallet or parking in filthy run off water from their over watering. Also remember to take a chill pill before going as the bar will most likely be filled to the bring with the self entitled jerks youve been trying to avoid since you were 23.

A great hidden gem in CA right off The Villa Restaurant of Woodland Hills! The meat and cheese plates are very yummy (especially the pate), and they have a wonderful selection of beer. Good happy hour specials as well, and they feature some creative cocktails like the The Villa Restaurant of Woodland Hills. Its a good place for a group, or if you want to grab a drink solo. I also like their decor. The staff and owner are also very chill and friendly.

We drove all the way from West Covina to try the well recommended food... We were not disappointed... it was well worth the drive... I had guests from out of town, one of whom is also in the restaurant business and she was very impressed by the food, the service, and the ambiance... I would return and bring my entire family... and would greatly recommend the place!

One of our favorite restaurants. Great for Sunday Brunch (endless champagne) or for family dinner anytime. We love it here and always have a great time. The wait staff is wonderful and always friendly, and the food never disappoints. We especially love having dinner on the patio during summer; always beautiful and the ambiance is amazing. Would recommend.
