I went to buy chicken with gravy on the side at this POPEYES (Goldenwest/Westminster) today for the first time (NOV. 26, 2014 @ 5:32 PM) and I paid for a side order of plain gravy. When I got my order I asked the cashier (ZULMA 0042) why the container is only filled with a very SMALL amount of gravy (Other POPEYES stores fill up the container). The cashier (ZULMA 0042) rudely and snobbishly SAID: "We can only give you a few spoonful of gravy since you only wanted gravy...NORMALLY we give mash potato and gravy." I said: Are you serious? Only a few spoonful for $1.99? She said if you dont like it then dont come back here! SO RUDE AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! This Popeyes employee needs SERIOUS customer service training!!! I will NEVER go back to POPEYES ever again! They seem to cheat you of what you pay for and based on this experience they DO NOT train their employees good CUSTOMER SERVICE :(

This place is disgusting! Ive visited this location regretfully twice & both occasions left dissatisfied. The initial visit I ordered mashed potatoes & gravy. To my dismay when I arrived home there was no gravy. I gave them a benefit of the doubt and went back a second time. Poor choice. I ordered a family meal spicy. Instead I got mild chicken wings. I picked one of the pieces up & showed her it was mild. Reluctantly they took the chicken back & through it back into the basket of chicken! How disgusting. She had total disregard for sanitation. I wonder how many times they did that before. Im calling corporate office tomorrow to complain about this establishment.

Worst Popeyes ever!! Went in with my boys for dinner. Didnt get gravy with my mash potatoes, didnt get my apple pie and realized then overcharged on pie. I told girl and she said that was price plus tax. I told her tax is added at bottom of receipt and not added into price of item. Wasnt offered money back. I called customer service while there. No answer. Sent email next day and no reply. Elizabeth (manager) and girl in back thought it was funny. Never got a sorry. When I said thanks for ruining my time with my boys she said your welcome. Oh and while eating they let a couple with a dog come while we were eating and order food! Wont b back!

Worst Service Ive received in a fast food place in a very long time. I went in with my two young kids, order in, from Amanda (employee) she forgot napkins, fork, sauce, when I went back to requested Crystal who was extremely rude and disrespectful. Before I left I talked to Elizabeth (Manager) who after expressing my dissatisfaction, I didnt even get an "Im sorry about what happened" she just said "ok" I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THE WESTMINSTER, CA on Westminster Ave. and Goldenwest!!!!

Hands down worst service from any fast food restaurant I have been to. All the employees were either on their cell phones or bull****ing in the back. The two girls taking orders had no clue what they were doing and they both had horrible attitudes. When i let one girl know their ice machine wasnt working she replied, "yea, were not an ice company". Never coming back! (also 1 star is being nice)

The absolute best fried chicken in town. Wait is never too long. You can order your fried chicken spicy or mild. The side options are spectacular. My favorite is the red beans and rice. And of course I cannot forget about their delicious buttermilk biscuits. I love ordering a family meal for a no hassle savory dinner. The whole family loves it. Also the staff is always friendly and nice.

Worst customer service, "cashier" doesnt know prices of anything overcharged the customer behind me. The short lady here, ignored me as I was standing right infront of her at the register, tried to make me pay for a bbq sauce be it didnt "come with my order". Why is she still working here?.... DO NOT come to this location

Food was fine, but the girl at the drive thru didnt listen to my order so I had to repeat it twice. I also got a gallon of the sweet tea with a combo and instead of filling my combo cup all I received was ice, I believe I payed for a full cup and a gallon of sweet tea! Very stingy on condiments.

Service person was friendly and helpful. She gave me the senior discount without my asking. Food was delicious. We bought a family pack, 8 pieces of chicken, 4 biscuits and a large Cole slaw, and we have leftovers. I would go back.
