I arrived 15 minutes before closing. The drive-through was extremely slow so by the time I got to the microphone to place my order they told me they were closed. I then had to wait for everybody in front of me to have their food made and handed to them. Another 15 minutes. When I got to the window they locked the window and wouldnt even talk to me. They said, through the locked glass window, that they were closed, I mentioned I was in the drive thru line before they closed and they just walked away. In n out wasted 35 minutes of my time after a long days work because they decided to close earlier than the posted closing time. RUDE!! Horrible customer service. Horrible.

Initially I was reluctant to get into the drive thru, but once youre go in here, youre TRAPPED. They do a good job at hiding the line. Dont take my word, look at my picture! And just like every In N Out Ive ever been to, its a long, long, long wait in line. Now my car stinks like onions, even though I thought I got rid of it all. I keep telling myself to never come back to In N Out, but I never learn. So far Ive been to ones in Baldwin Park, Pomona, Encino and now Westlake Village. They ALL suck equally.

I eat here almost every weekday, after the gym to get my protein fix. I order a 3 by 3, plain and protein style. The burger is always hot and fresh. I wish they had bacon and avocado. I also wish they were a little faster and although I understand that everything is made fresh, one would think that corporate could figure out a way to time when burgers will be needed, especially since everyone is coming in for burgers.

If theres an in n out that consistently makes bad in n out burgers its this one. I excused it the first time and then the second but after today I think its time for me to leave a review. Fries well over cooked and the burger was a soggy mess. Go to any other In n Out, they have great burgers. Ive been to dozens of locations from San Diego to SF Ive never had multiple bad experiences at the same location until this one.

First time going to In-N-Out. It was cheap, pretty fast service and the food tasted good. The employees looked like they were having fun which I like to see, rather than dead eyed zombies. Buns were really good, and the lettuce wasnt like wilty or anything. Tables and stations seemed fairly clean to me, including the outside areas.

In and out are the best. But here I can’t say that I got what I am used to from INO. I got my bag from the drive through, and I was excited to open the bag, just to find that they put cheese after I asked twice not put any cheese. I was in a rush so I did not return, but the disappointment was there…

You cant go wrong with In-N-Out. This location can get very busy, but they have a long drive-thru line to compensate. Convenient location with a nearby shopping center including a Target and Guitar Center, as well as a scenic view of the freeway while waiting in your car.

The thing that make in n out so amazing, other than the sauce, is how they perfectly grill the buns and the meat. You cant go wrong at any in n out. Small tip though, dont go through the drive through, its quicker to park and order to go inside.

Its In-N-Out, so of course the food is great (meeting the very high standards I have for In-N-Out burgers). The new location in Westlake has proven to be excellent though, with efficient and friendly staff and (usually) ample seating.

In-N-Out is an LA phenomenon for a reason, so the quality of the food is amazing regardless of the location. This one is especially easy to navigate, with a large inside eating area and parking lot (which isnt always the case).

WORST IN-N-OUT IVE BEEN TO. THEY FORGOT TO TOAST THE BUNS, AND ADDED JUST TOO MUCH OF THE SPREAD. ON MY FRIES THERE WAS A PIECE OF HAIR, IT WASNT MINE BECAUSE I DONT HAVE RED HAIR. I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT IN-N-OUT EVER AGAIN

Of course the food is amazing but the wait time for drive-thru or walk in is just unbearable. I waited 20 minutes once just to get a burger. It wasnt even that full. I would recommend another innout for faster times

Can you really get a better burger? Answer: no. My only qualm with this particular place is that Ive gone through the drive thru during dinner hours a number of occasions and its been really slow getting through.

I love In-N-Out but this particular location had a staffing shortage resulting in long wait times. There was no one to take order at drive through, waited over an hour to get our food. Yes, it was that bad.

Who doesnt love In-N-Out!?! This is a relatively new location and service in both drive through and walk up has always been kind and courteous.
