went in with coupon , and Margarita (or close to that name) refused to accept the email coupon , it was for buy any subway sandwich with a 30oz soda , and get a free subway sandwich of same size. so I had her make two foot longs and bought the 30oz soda, she advised that the coupon was only for 6 in sandwiches, I kept asking her where does this coupon say that???????? there was no size mentioned on the coupon but the 30oz soda. She split one of my sandwiches in two charged me the foot long and a 6 inch and the soda , and only gave me the other 1/2 of the foot long comp. this cost way more that it should of. I will never trust this subway again , they have no customer service and like to ripppppp you off.

I went there and a costumer service his was Ricardo the way hes talking to me was not respectful at all the music was so loud and couldnt hear what am saying What I really got upset about is that he put some veggies on the sandwiches I even didnt ask for and of course after all that theres no next time
