Terrible service. The drinks are not a whole heck of a lot better. For out last visit starting at 7 PM Friday night, went there for a B-Day dinner with a group of about 20. Now, to be fair, I would expect things to go a bit slower when your dealing with a larger party, but 3 hours start to finish? The waitress, who was very pleasant the whole evening, was woefully under trained or under experience to deal with a large party with split checks. It took over 30 mins to straighten out the checks. There seemed to be no urgency in her actions to get things settled. Other then that, the food was decent, but staggered over 30 mins or so. Meaning people that ordered at the same time did not receive their meals at the same time. And the Long Island Iced Tea was the WORST I have ever had, was nasty. Something was out of sync with that drink! Had to send it back. Replaced it with the Fuzzy peach, iced tea, lemonade cooler. The name from the menu may be different, I dont recall the exact name of the drink, but it was mediocre at best. Tasted very watered down, very difficult to pick out any flavors in that one. I usually have 2 drinks with dinner, but not with that crap coming out of the bar that night. And my previous visit several days earlier, for food only, had issues with the server. Quite surely, and slow to take care of the table. We arrived to the table and there was no silverware or napkins. No worries I think, as long as they come before food hits the table. Well that didnt happen. When the appetizers came, no napkins or silverware. We had to flag down the server and asked when we might get some, and her response was, "dont worry, we wont make you eat your diner with your hands". How about some napkins while we eat our finger foods? How about if someone dint want to use their hands to eat the greasy, buy good tasting appetizers? Server was lucky I was there, because the wife was not amused and would have stiffed her for a tip, thats how much she cared for the crummy service. In the past I have had diner there and the food is usually decent. And you cant beat the 2 for $20 deal! It just seems the quality of staff is not up to par. And the bartender that made my drinks, wasnt a very good mixologist by any stretch. Not looking forward to my next visit.... if there is a next visit.

Horrible service, never going back. The hostess was rude and had no manners. She even got into an argument with another customer. No surprise there. Our waitress was ok, at least she was pleasant. Unfortunately the food was brought back to us cold. My friends fries were rock hard! I tried one and almost broke a tooth. My entree cost me 16 bucks but not worth it all. My portions were so tiny and didnt even taste good! I wouldve asked for my money back but I hate to argue or insult anyone. It was very disappointing. All anyone cared about was the argument going on in the front of the restaurant. Our table got left behind. Hardly any other customers and yet we waited an hour for food. I couldnt get out of there fast enough to be honest. If I knew it wouldve been such poor quality, I wouldve gone to the carls jr across the street and had a way better meal for less money and bigger portions. I dont see how they can expect you to pay those prices for bird food..... I wish I could rate this 0 stars.

Inside was overcrowded, outside had plenty of seating but everybody was waiting to sit in and around the bar because the restaurant allows smoking on the patio. Unfortunately it limits the inside seating because nobody wants to deal with the smokers. Sadly, the inside also got quite a bit of second-hand smoke each time someone would open the door to enter or exit the outside patio area. Also the happy hour ends at 7 but on the internet it shows from 3 to 10. Even though we explain this to the manager they said it was an error and technically happy hour will Begin Again at 9 p.m. so bit frustrating as it was exactly 7:03 p.m. and it took 25 minutes to be seated unless of course we wanted to sit outside and deal with all the smoke. The food and the drinks are not that great I wont be going back. The only reason I gave it a two instead of one is the hostess did her best to get us a seat as quickly as possible, she was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the manager was less than helpful

I went there with my husband after not going for a while. The food was alright, the service was satisfactory, and the ambience was lively as one would expect on a Saturday nite. We only had to wait a few minutes for a table so that was nice. The hubby had BBQ chicken salad but the chicken was very dry and bland...and his baked potato was under-done. My fish&chips was good. I ate the fish with the side of pico-de-gallo that came with the chicken salad; that was a refreshing change from the usually heavy tartar sauce. Also the cole slaw helped cleanse my palate but only because i like parsley. If you dont, you will probably not like the cole slaw cuz theres alot of it in there. The hubby and I left with a full tummy but we figured out why we only go once-in-a-while.

I was very displeased with my service with Fridays. I used to like them until the servers would charge me for things I did not purchase more than once. I have been there for my 21st and my best friends 21st just recently. Both times they tried to charge me (or my boyfriend on my birthday) the games that they offer on the small computer they have on the table. They also tried to charge us for extra shots we did not order. I told the server specifically what I had ordered and it still magically ended up on my bill. I spent a lot of money at Fridays considering I bought multiple alcoholic beverages and shots which are not cheap. Dont go there to celebrate with a big group of people unless you want to pay for things you did not order. Never again.

The quality of the food has really gone down hill. I used to come here often especially for football games. I have noticed the quality has decreased and so has the amount of staff they have on hand. They are trying a new breakfast menu on Sundays......dont waste your money. Steak and eggs was super dry cardboard and potatoes with a weird white sauce and lots of bell pepper(very ltitle egg). The endless Bloody Marys are pre measured so you cant get a double or smaller glass.......dont ask, they have expressed NO CHANGES what so ever! I dont enjoy my experiences there anymore. Now off to find a new Sunday hangout!

I agree with the other reviews about the slow service. I dont know why, but in the few years that Ive been going here the service is almost always slow ... sometimes excruciatingly slow where one of us has to get up and find a server. Not the greatest selection of food, but its decent and its consistent. If youre into appetizers, go for the Three for All.
