Came in today to redeem my 5 free boneless wings with subscription and the cashier that attemded me was great and very accepting of the text subscription but the other cashier had a hard time accepting the same text offer to the client infront of me. I experienced something similar to this right here at this location, but I dont get this type of grief at other locations. The only reason I gave them a 3 was because of the cutiner service I received but if I had to rate it on the other guys behalf Id. Give them a 1. Hope this location gets their staff together and acknowledges company wide offers.

I came to this location last night with a couple of coworkers to buy some wings it was by far the best experience Ive had. The employees here were very friendly they all said the welcome even the cooks said it with big smiles. The young lady with black shirt who took my order was very understanding she was also very talkative and funny thank you for being patient with me btw she offered me the new flavor and gave me a sample of the sauce , it was really good!! I will definitely be coming here more often the service was great ! & The food was delicious! Awesome job.

Disappointed ! I only had 30 min Lunch so I ordered online to pick up . I get to the restaurant and my order wasnt ready . the young lady argue I didnt place my order online , I had proof to show her I placed my order on line and her excuse was the printer was jammed so she said I had to wait an extra 16 min for my order. I cancel my order BAD customer service she didnt even care if my time was valuable.

Took 35 freaking minutes to give us our 20 piece order while others with the 35 piece got theirs in 20 minutes or less. They didnt even give us a warning before hand and then they had the audacity to say their fries were being made when I clearly saw the worker pouring fries for other orders. Above all else, nobody apologized afterwards. Or said thank you for coming/have a good day. Service was horrible.

Terrible service! Super crowded. Waited 30mins for a 10piece original hot order. Only to receive cold fries and wings!!! Everyone who ordered before me had been waiting a long time as well. In addition, they messed up someones order and the staff blamed the customer. They kept insisting that, that was indeed her order.

People their need to take a customer service class. And their cooks need to learn how to cook their food better. They need to make sure they check that they havent run out of fountain drinks and ICE on the machines without customers telling them and having to wait for them to fill it up again.

Not a fan of this location anymore , they can never complete an order the way a customer orders it . It gives an option for extra crispy , and I always get the complete opposite , soggy fries , no seasoning and very little sauce on chicken .. chicken tends to be chewy and undercooked

The place is usually a bit dirty and somehow its still really busy. Erika, one of the cashiers is rude, doesnt smile and isnt friendly. Everyone else is good. Really small place so its rough to get seating.
