Positively, if not absolutely the worst restaurant I have ever had the misfortune to patronize. This is the latest incarnation of about 4 failed attempts to set up a Sports Bar at this location and it has failed miserably. The place is loud and the tables uncomfortable, and perhaps some of the food it OK, but really overpriced, but by the time we actually got ours, it was cold. The neighboring tables were un-cleared and a mess, and the Service was on and off, depending if you could yell load enough over the din of three Football games and fans yelling out every time someone did anything on one of the multiple large screens…The Onion Rings were burnt, and the fried Zuchini was wet, yes wet, and the Manager told me that is because it was frozen…great….and my pasta was cold, so I sent it back, and waited and waited until all my friends had finished their very expensive “Hot Wings”..served with two sides, too small to even mention, and for a $40 tab, before a tip, I got a bit of a overcooked onion ring for diner…Never again. And the other patrons, fat, obese and dressed in a way that would get them thrown out of Walmart…just the ugliest people I have ever seen…Just give it a miss, Alondra Hot Wings is just Horrible, horrible..and over priced to boot.

Visited the restaurant during a very slow Tuesday afternoon. I had the order of 16 wings, mild, with two sides, fried pickles and seasoned fries and one sauce, ranch. The food is very good, great buffalo sauce, crispy chicken wings. The sides are also very delicious, I really enjoyed the seasoning on the fries. It was very slow, not many customers but the staff seemed in a horrible mood except for one waitress who was kind but seemed like she was exhausted. The restaurant was a bit unclean, the booth seats look like they are falling apart and they handed us dirty dishes and silverware, which a server looked irritated and literally huffed at us when we asked for clean ones as you could clearly see hot sauce or grease on the dishes when we had not been served anything but our drinks. This place seems usually incredibly busy during thw evenings with long wait lines outside, i would hate to visit during a busy time.

Alondra Hot Wings isnt the same anymore. I remember when everything was just perfection, from their food to their service. But the last 5 times or so that Ive been here something always has to go wrong. Their service isnt the same anymore, most of the people are now have an attitude. Wait time has always been a bit long but now they have you waiting just as long for a waiter to check in with you and to get your food. In regards to the food, they made to wings now be half the size of what the used to be. Their sauces are still the best though. Todays ranch blasted fries were to dry and we asked for an order of their new jalapeno cheese balls but they came out hard as a rock. Luckily this time my waitress was nice and removed them from our bill after she saw we couldnt even poke them with the fork. Alondra Hot Wings, please step up your game and make it as good as it originally was!!!

*Disclaimer: This is a chicken wings alone review of Alondras as the wings are all I ever eat here.* I was raised on chicken wings in Buffalo and fancy myself a chicken wing connoisseur. In my opinion, Alondras wings, are the most similar to wings you find in Buffalo, that Los Angeles has to offer. I feel Alondras wings/sauce are the freshest, meatiest, most tantalizing, tastebud, tickling in SoCal (I always go for the hot sauce, extra saucy). I feel if youre a fan of Chicken Wings, Alondras are the best in the Greater Los Angeles area. I routinely make the 20-25 mile pilgrimage to Alondras, for wings that make me feel at home. Meaty fresh wings, tangy terrfic sauce, verdict....delicious! I arrived at this conclusion after more than a decade of eating wings all over Southern California.

the only thing that is good there is there wings. there service sucks. i went there today feb. 1 2015 which is the super bowl to order wings after tring to call them all day to plave my order, no answer. i get there and tell me they turned off the phone knowing its the busy day of football season then sends me to another line thats hanging around the corner while shes just sitting there picjing her nose while she can be taking orders. and i will never forget the day the manager hung up on me because i wanted an off menu sauce that she didnt even know about. so i only give them 2 stars because of the wings. the managemt sucks and the employees are stupid.

Today i decided to get wings and boy was i in for a treat. I wanted to order take out and chose a special they had 25 wings and a pizza which was not bad at all. I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. After 25 minutes the girl informed me it would be ready in 3 minutes which was not true. It took 50 minutes to get my order. i was ready to ask for my money back. The manager said i added a few wings to your order because i was not ready i get home to a cold pizza and half seasoned wings. What a disappointment and to top it off they only give you a small sauce. Definitely one of the worst days.thing was there was not alot of people.

Creo que necesitan algo más de buena atención al cliente.. las meseras pues atender en español a las personas que prefieren ser atendidas en español.. que se sientan más cómodos y confortable. El área de bar pues también deberían de hacerla más cómoda y placentera si se necesita algo así

Everything was awesome, until my food arrived i ordered the 12 piece wings with 2 sides. My food was Luke warm as if it was under a heating lamp. I have been there like a year or two ago and food was awesome but this time it was not good . My lemon pepper chicken seasoning was poured on the side not even on the chicken just not good, chicken was fried to hard were it was crunchy hard to chew. Didnt wanna complain because it was a group of 5 and everyone else food seemed alright so didnt wanna mess up the experience for my first timer friends.

I ad a 20 minute wait meanwhile plenty of ables were open. I received horrible service here. Our food was served 5 minutes apart from each meal. It took the 25 minutes to do a kids cheese burger. While at the same time the table next to us ordered andhad their 20 dollar overpriced burger before us. When I confronted the waiter about they became hostile. I had to chase them down for utensils and refills. Waitresses spent most of the time in a group just hanging out in the bar. Dont eat in. Just order your wings to go.
