Ok so I read a lot of bad reviews about this place and other Wing Stop locations. I have been going to Wing Stop for years but never read reviews So heres my review: The Carson Mall location is now located on the inside of the mall in the food court. Plenty of room and about 6 flat screen tvs. Very clean and the staff was cool. It took 20 minutes for my order and if anyone is familiar with Wing Stop, you know that it takes time to get your order. So if you are in a rush and dont have 20 to 30 minutes to wait, go somewhere else! Dont write a bad review because you want your order in 5 minutes. Go to McDonalds! lol

Order has taken longer than 40 minutes for a couple of wings! Never coming back here!!!! Ask for some type refund if they take long.. I was refunded for the drinks. After I complained the lady behind the counter started badmouthing me to the other employees. She was a big african american lady with fake eyelashes who had horrible customer service. She looked miserable and annoyed at customers while refilling drinks when asked, since drinks were behind the counter. Ugh... Lost my appetite because I was so upset.

I decided to eat wings as I waited for an upcoming appointment an interview, nothing the less the experience was quite horrible compared to other wingstop spots I have been before. 1st I waited 30mins for 6 wings and fries, the wings and fries were tasteless plus I had to hurry up and eat my food. I expressed to the food handler who called out my order the long wait but he showed no disregards what a disappointment I wished I looked at their reviews beforehand and gone to PandaExpress next door

This is the epitome of HORRIBLE customer service. The manager, Harold, is very unprofessional and the staff is as well. They will mess up your order, attribute it to human error, then do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to fix it. The owner, LaTasha OKeith, needs to reconsider her staff. The city of Carson has no problem with taking their business elsewhere. The manager would prefer you write a complaint to corporate than simply comping your meal for customer service. Ridiculous.

They take forever to seat you when there is nobody waiting and a bunch of open tables. They take forever to take your order, and then they take forever to bring you your food. By the time you get your food, its already cold. They barley even toss the wings, so some of the wings dont even have sauce. The fries taste stale by the time they get to your table. This is a poor excuse for a BWW. If you live close by, I recommend you take the drive to the BWW in Lakewood.

I do no understand how this place functions. I ordered a 15pc over the phone. They tell me it will be 15min. I give them 20min. I went to pick up the order only for them to tell me that they dont have any bone in wings. They could not find my number to call me to let me know that they only had boneless. I dont get it. This place is poorly managed. If you dont want to be dissappointed dont go to this wing stop.

First time going ordering online with this wing stop: I ordered 3 combos with one different flavored fries, I received my order and I asked which fries were which (they all looked the same), the cashier responds "I dunno", with a face of confusion I told him if there was anyway of knowing.... he proceeds to tell me "you can smell them". I left and once I got home, my order was wrong. No help from the staff.

Seriously worst wingstop i have ever been to. It took me about 35 minutes to get 10 Wings. The service is horrible. The only person with great customer service was. Thin young lady with brown hair . I didnt cath her name but shes the only reason why i give the 2 stars. She has great manners and isnt rude like the other associates.

Terrible, slow service. I stood at the counter for minutes before being served then waited 30 minutes for my boneless wings and it was 1:15 when I walked in. There werent even many people there. Im definitely calling ahead next time I come here. Edit: they also got my order wrong when kt finally came out. Downgraded to 1 star.

I tried to call and place an order and no one picked up. The online ordering was down. I called at least 8 times and allowed the phone to ring for 5 minutes each time to no avail. Wingstop please get it together for our neighborhood. Maybe train your staff like Lakewood or Long Beach stores.

Like someone mentioned. Food was good, but the costumer service was horrible! I walked in with my family thinking we would be able to eat in a nice environment. I was wrong!!! The girl taking our order rushed us, made us feel uncomfortable. The cook starred at us in a awfully way. Horrible!

Really bad experience with the costumer service, my order came wrong twice and they were mad because I told them. I could hear them talking and complaining about having to fix my order. They just lost a great customer as I will not be coming back anytime soon

Im so disappointed on this spot on Avalon I place a order on my phone like 20 before so before I arrive is still wasnt ready I still have to wait so what was the point ordering before if is still wasnt ready. I wouldnt be back for sure!

Nasty food, wont go back again for sure. I asked for my chicken to be well done and when we got home I open my box and it had couple of wings raw. Its too bad its near my house. Next time Ill drive to Hawthorne or Gardena.

If you come in at 11 30 pm this people will not serve you. Ive been there twice because thats when I out off work and the doors are open the open sign is on but when you walk in they will tell you that they already close .

Wings are okay. Waaaay greasier than other wingstops (see pic). Oh, and they dont have cups for water. They said "go to panda express next door if you want water."
