Went in for dinner got home the chicken still had the feathers on it I called back to let them know that my chicken hat feathers still on it and was under cooked the lady on the phone said well thats the way we cook our chicken so the manager gets on the phone and he asked me to bring it back told him its too late and Im to tired for me to drive all the way back over there with my child so he say well I cant help you. "Not ok can you bring it in tomorrow so we can take care of it". Instead he say well when I was making it I did not see any feathers. Then he said thank you for calling have a goodnight. Blow me off I will never go back I sent 22 dollars in there and couldnt even eat it.

I ordered for pick up over the phone. They told me itll be ready in 25 min. I got there 30 min later expecting my food to be ready. I waited an extra 20 min. The employees there are nasty and dont wash there hands. I asked for refund and left. Never coming to this wing stop again. I wouldnt recommend it.

First.....service is a 4 outta 10 from a few of the employees there.... but Tonya.... please ALWAYS remain professional over the phone....but I requested my food be WELL DONE and the fries were WET the chicken was soggy as well... this is why I stay away from wingstop. Please do better!

Orderd at 5:30pm cashier said wait 18 minites. We arived for our pick up at 6:17 pm. Our order, still not ready. I feel upset that online orders for all wingstops arnt going through. Onlune app sucks wait is annoying. We are cramed in a small step... Hovering around others as they eat

If you want to waste your time seating at wingstop on Century for at least 40 minutes to an 1 hour go ahead or just go to the one on Vann Ness and Manchester thats faster still the same price but faster.

Had to repeat to the cashier my order three times. The outcome: wrong order ,and had to drive all the way back there to get a refund. DO NOT EAT THERE. Instead go to the InN Out across from there.
