Food itself was good. Especially the tempura dipped green fries. The ranch is the bomb! I wish they sold it by the bottle. Reason for one star? THE SERVICE. Order was half missing including all the childs menu order so kids upset as well as other items missing. It wasnt noticed until we got home which isnt close enough to go back for. I called. Manager wasnt available to come to phone. I explain the situation to the by the answer the phone I hit hard drive into my number down into the dead manager we call me back I said when today and he said yes it will be too busy mean that it by closing or whatever okay. I waited my entire rest of that day as well as the following day before calling back two days later I would point I was told by the person has its own it and ask for the manager that they were the supervisor make it helped me again I was point I was told that they are call center that takes orders they are not the actual tablishment itself so that would be reasonable and understanding on the phone so although she could do was put in another request for the money to give me a call but to me this is a horrible customer service and I will not returning there ever. A little commen courtesy a long way and they dont have any so.... one star it is. So DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE DEPARTURE!

Okay, this is the third time in a row that Ive ordered their veggie burger done with the toppings of their char burger, without the grilled onions. This is the third time it was repeated back to me, and the third time told what was in my order when handed to me, and the third time in a row it had grilled onions on it. Now, Im sure theres some people who just like the veggie burger, but there are some of us that are vegetarians that cant eat products grilled in hamburger fat on the same grill as the hamburgers, this is why those onions arent vegetarian, so when asked to exclude these, the cooks should pay attention.

Excellent burgers. Im from Santa Barbara but actually prefer all of the new corporate locations due to them being new and staff being well trained from the get-go. Seasonal Chicken Caprese sandwich was phenomenal, as is the Chicken Club any other time of the year. They didnt skimp on the Caprese as the Fresh mozzarella was stacked & melted nicely. Their burgers are always great and I prefer over In-N-Out due to better menu, more options, and flame grilled larger beef patties (3.2oz versus In-N-Outs 2.0oz which are reminiscent of Wendys "Wheres the Beef?" slogan from the 80s).

2nd time here doubt ill go again, i ordered the #4 no onions and a coke, also the tuna frys and a sprite, easy right? Firsr im given the sodas, both dark obviously no sprite, i give it back to fix, they fix, as i sip mine i notice its rootbeer not coke give it back to fix, they fix, now at home i open my burger and its filled with onion! Can fix, im not driving back diner is ruined

I loved their burgers! They are so yummy. Theyve messed up my order a few times (I think because they are always so busy!!) but the one time I mentioned it, they gave me my meal for free. So pretty awesome customer service.

I ordered the Santa Barbara char with the avocado on the side and they never put it in the bag. The burger was soggy it had too much mayonnaise.. The fries were over salted, brown and soggy. Never eating here again.
