I am so F**KING P**SED OFF!!! I Dang near live in Lathrop ca and drove to sonic 5426 to get food for my family. To only get home and only thing rite is my kids food! The to most expensive meals all wrong I ordered a number 10 and uped it to a chicken club and I got a plain A$$ cheeseburger!!! My sons dad ordered a number 2 with no onions but there were onions all over it!!!! This is bull!! Ive called them five times in a row they dont answer there phone I am beyond pissed off!

Id love to tell you about their food, but I never got any! I waited at the walk -up window for breakfast for 10 minutes!! I know this because I txd my wife when I got there, excited to finally try Sonics breakfast... and I txd her when I finally walked back to me truck disappointed and left. Pushed the button roughly once every minute and a half. There was 1 (?!) car in the drive thru the whole time, not busy at all. Car was still there when I drove off...

The drive-thru was exceptionally slow. We ordered a kids meal, a sonic cheeseburger with ketchup only, and a cheeseburger with everything. Waiting, the clerk came and asked if we were just waiting for food. We said yes, she came back with the bag, passed it out and said "there you go". So we pulled away. Had to go back for the kids meal. At home the "ketchup only" burger had lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, not just ketchup. Disappointed

Sonic is a good stop for drinks and they have good deals such as the half off slush drinks from 2 to 5pm and half off milk shakes after 8pm. However the staff is not the greatest. Our recent visit had us waiting 25 minutes. Also, we waiting in a stall for about 7 minutes before we realized it was out of order. The staff that walked right past us didnt inform us of the inconvenience, we figured it out ourselves.

Every person I have talked to about this Sonic, say the same thing "that place is awful". I went through to gain my own opinion. Well, everyone was right. Not only are they slow, but their customer service sucks. I got nasty old fries after having to correct my order. Trust the poor reviews and go to In N Out or Nations Burger. These guys wont be in business much longer if they keep this up.

Garbage....had a #10...fries cold, told the person on intercom no produce and guess what, theres produce on my sandwich...first and last time going to sonic.....also, my Lady ordered a #1 and told the person on the intercom that she didnt want any tomatoes and to add bacon and mayo...guess what, you got it, theres tomatoes and no mayo and also COLD fries like my order

My whole order was wrong. I called the number on my receipt and nobody answered. I ordered a pretzel cheesy bacon dog and got a plain pretzel with mustard and I ordered a medium peach slush and received a small. My servers name was Ashley and my check # was 342677. Ill be sure to not go back!

I just went for the first time a few weeks ago and enjoyed their burger, and mozzarella sticks. The Fries are just decent. I had the bourbon brown sugar shake which was a little odd. I also tried a little of the chocolate mint camp cookie blast (like a blizzard) and that was delicious!

It was lovely but all of a sudden my buddies fell in a food coma, the service was fine but took way too long. So We all felt it is a good place to get full and have a lovely stroll around the other local stores there -Thank you for listening

Absolutely horrible. I ordered a chocolate milkshake with Oreo and it had zero Oreos in it. Took it back and got a new one still had zero Oreos. My wife also got a chocolate milkshake by it self and it looks like vanilla and has no flavor. This sonic is trash.

Took a long time to get service here. We kept pressing the button to order and it took so long to get anybodys attention. There were a lot of people in the parking lot and it wasnt the safest feeling neighborhood. Food wasnt anything special.

Waited 25 minutes for our order, nothing came. Asked when our order would be order, employee just said "Oh, sorry" and that was it. Waited 5 more minutes, no food and no update. Went inside and got our money back. Waste of time.

Hot dog salty and not hot. Tastes like turkey hot dog. Not like was expected. Fries ok except no flavor. Dont know what cooking them in. Also pricey. Will try corn dogs and slushy on happy hour.

only bad thing here is the location. its always got a breeze if not windy. so if its a cool day, bring a jacket. there is no inside seating. great place to go on hot valley summer nights.
