It was in late 2011 that I first got to try BWW in Chicago and it was absolutely amazing compared to what we used to have in Wingstop. Then they started popping all over bay area and since moving to tracy we have this one pretty close by to hangout and chill. Usually I go in on weekends and sometimes on their wings tuesday event, my favorite used to be Garlic parmesan, lemon pepper and hot ones. Recently we got cravings for mango habanero and thai curry. Now coming to this particular location. Service : The staff is not very knowledgable as its usually young kids handling the day to day activities but a few old timers are good at what they do. Ambience : A typical sports grill kind of setup with people having bibs and crowns mingle among general foodies. Variety : The menu is pretty extensive and they also do lunch now which was good. Finally the WINGS : The sauces are good not too slimy and not too thick, it coats perfectly around the wings. Personally, I do like bigger wings which they serve with aplomb and the size remains consistent across all my 10 visits. The crispiness of the wings vary sometimes as I feel they do dip some of the left-over ones along with newer ones which is kind of funky. For to-go order they open the box and make sure they have fulfilled the order exactly the way it should be. Overall, a nice place for wings in Tracy area with good customer service.

Showed up at 1115 on friday morning. 15 mins after opening. Waited 20 mins to see a employee to be sat. Employee never showed so I said something to cook. Sat down and realized opening staff did nothing to prepare for opening. Dirty benches with all kinds of mess and snot all over. Behind my bench was an acrylic sheet with snot hand prints. For being newer restaurant the seats and benches are falling apart. I couldnt even hear my wife sitting infront of me with how loud the music was. Worse experience ever at a BWW and will never return to this one. Saw manager on my way out and she wasnt aware of any of the filth.

I ordered a BBQ pork grilled cheese that didnt even have the cheese melted. I sent it back and they made me another exactly the same way. The wings are gross and the service is horrible. We asked our waiter for napkins and silverware after our meal was served and he never brought it we had to chase down another waitress. My sons plate came out ten minutes after everyone elses and my remade plate that was still nothing like the picture on the menu, showed up with the bill. I will never go here again and I suggest others stay away as well.

Though the staff did a proficient job, I didnt like the the atmosphere or menu. I love hot wings and heat, I ordered the blazin wings, the heat was a slow build burn but ultimately very hot, unfortunately they dont have a very good flavor. The atmosphere was much like an Applebees, and they have plenty of monitors with a plethora of games on. The price was also a negative for me, at the end of the experience I ultimately felt ripped off.

Do not try to do takeout at this location, its a joke. I ordered online at 6, was told it would be ready by 630, arrived at 630 and was made to wait another 40 minutes before my food was even ready. It was cold by the time I got it. Used the be 5 stars from me, but if youre going to eat here, do so at there bar, where the staff actually seems to care about customer service.

Was told there was only a 5 minute wait, waited 15 minutes because all of the waitresses standing at the door seemed to forget we were waiting. Plenty of tables open and no one else was waiting to be seated. Waited another 30 minutes for water after being seated and never got offered any before leaving because no one seemed to notice we hadnt been helped.

This was the first BWW Ive ever been to. The food was good, we ordered the 20 pc boneless buffalo wings and a caesar salad. The salad was awful because they seemed to use a load of pepper on it. Overall the service was good which is why I only took 1 star off but download the app it has good perks!

Service was a little slow, even though it was pretty empty on a Monday afternoon. Servers were friendly though, and willing to change the TV to the game. Hot wings were a bit more spicy than usual, but the garlic parmesan wings were on point. Fried pickles were a bit too salty for my taste.

I love this place. The wings, fries, burgers, pickles, pretzels, and pretty much everything I have had there is tasty. is it gourmet? No, but then again its not really meant to be. Grab a few friends, drink some beer and just have a good time.

I come here a lot because I love their wings so much but their service has never been great. Although i would always choose this location over the one in Stockton because it is just really bad over there.

Great establishment. Way better than the Modesto location. Service is really good. Had issues in the past seating at the bar area for slow service or rude service but overall great experience.

Great place to eat and hangout with friends. With 30 taps and a huge selection of bottles there is something for everyone. Best wings ever of course. Love the Asian Zing and Spicy Garlic.
