I come to Starbucks for cold brew and WiFi, but this one is exceptionally dear to my heart. Morning and night crews are great and theres a real team/family dynamic with this busy busy busy location that its nice and quaint to patron. The area it is situated in is a little wild though especially the Walgreens across the street, and honestly its very limited within the interior for laptop work compared to some other stores but not nearly as punishing power outlet wise as the Starbucks on katella & meridian.

This is a busy Starbucks where orders take considerably longer than at other Starbucks establishments that also have drive-thru service. The staff could use more, and dedicated drive-thru staff to alleviate the backlog of counter and remote order customers. Its spacious, and has comfy seats along the north wall but seating is a bit limited and parking more so. The staffmembers are friendly but without the familial nature that is expected by corporate due to the understaffing by store management.

At no other Starbucks in this area will you find a manager actually paying more attention to the rules than at this one. They are doing an overall fine job here, but we all know thats a team effort & in no small way can that be happening here without the signature skills of an dedicated employee named "Noah" who makes this place a pleasure beyond most, a splendid host he is to be recognized for earning our "Give Him a Raise" award of the month.

They are very nice at this location, but...The drive thru is Dantes third ring of HELL. It shouldnt take more than five minutes from order to driving away. At this Starbucks, I easily wait 15 minutes in my car after placing my order and it is always venti iced latté. I watch the people in the cars in front of me and theyre ordering one drink, too. THIS location needs a new manager, ASAP. I say this as a former barista.

I understand its great to have returning costumers or a community here but when you drop in the middle of a order to hug a ex-coworker...its kinda bad, never got my receipt because the employee was so distracted. The orders kinda went out pretty slow too, no wonder theres a long line at the drive through. Too bad walking in had the same wait time. Currently been 15 minutes since I put in my grande sized order...

Bad customer service about 6 employees at the time that I was going to place my order and all of them were just chatting doing NOTHING like if they dont really care like if you going to place an order or not, to make it even worse once I got my drink it taste horrible and I had them re-do it again, if i could give this place a "0" stars definitely I will but Google dosent have that option.

Staff needs to be trained. Starbucks is supposed to be in and out fast. Drive thru is like dragging their feet. They have orders sitting on the window. Customers waiting in their car and they are still preparing orders without releasing the prepared ones. Taking each order 15-20 mins. Can you believe this waiting for 20 mins on coffee on Sunday evening.

Well to start low fat requested, who requested whip cream. When I pay extra I want to see it. Two days in row order pastry, I had to request my non heated pastry. Lots of fooling around service s not completed in timely manner . Oh and I didnt get recultangular cinnamon bun I ordered, WRONG 2 days in row.

Very rude customer service. Had order traveler coffee 1 hour before my arrive. When I got their it wasnt ready, had ask nicely to rush it as I had to meet my appointment. The response was rude and had to be late to my appointment. When the worker hand me the coffee not even apology.

Terrible service it took these people over 20 minutes @ the drive thru window to serve a drink a pastry not to mention the person taking the order was NOT customer oriented. Tough when starbucks has people in training serving you. NOT coming back here. Thumbs down WAY down.

As busy as this Starbucks is on a daily basis the service is extremely good, the people are friendly, and the lobby is fairly clean. The only down fall, no fault of Starbucks, there is a large homeless population roaming the streets of Stanton. This is a city issue.

Im here in the evening and the only person in line. Probably one of the slowest Starbucks Ive been to. It took 10 minutes to get my drink once I paid. The place seemed to be in slow motion and didnt have the liveliness Im used to with other Starbucks.

Out of all the different Starbucks I have gone to, the employees here are more friendly the turn around is faster and when a drink is maded in error they dont fight with you about it. They remake it and they have never made me pay for the drink.

The slowest Starbucks I have EVER been to. Its a mile from my house...but I give up. At least 15 min wait time EVERY time I came here. Now drive an extra 2 miles to the next one.
