I sbsolutely HATE this starbucks. Its my birthday today, and they managed to even ruin my birthday today. There customer service is TERRIBLE. They are rude, argumentative, have no manners and rarely if ever actually provide genuine customer service. I come to starbucks almost daily. BUT IM DONE WITH STARBUCKS. And this location did it for me. Alex is the manager who does nothing about her staff. Ive called and called to speaknto her. She never returns my phone calls. Today she answered for the 1st time, and was completely dismissive of my concerns or feelings. She shouldnt be a manager because clearly she cannot manage her team, because they all NEED attitude adjustments. Rachel decided to have a complete debate with me over my birthday beverage. Some shift sup. Giving her team the example that its ok to treat customers like that, and even on a day as special as a persons birthday. I didnt buy anything. And I never will again. Its bad enough their bar area is always dirty, leaving milk out, using multiple pitchers fornone beverage, leaving inches of room in the cups and not making them right, but they also get to have attitudes with you. Not say hello or greet you with a smile. If you ask them to remake a drink they tell you why they shouldnt have to. You tell them a beverage with whipcream shouldnt have foam let alone be all foam, and they tell you that your wrong. Ive called starbucks customer service MANY times, and nothing ever changes. Clearly as a customer I am completely unimportant, as well as the way they treat everyone else. Because I know Im not the only person they upset, just by what Ive witnessed in the line watching other customer interactions. If you must have your Statbucks, at minimum dont come here.

Usually very happy with this Starbucks. The drinks are usually not weak and staff are courteous. However, once in a while (like today) I get a very weak iced caramel machiatto. I could tell the minute he gave it to me that it wasnt right by the color because I get them every day. He assured me the regular amount of espresso went, so I drive off. Sure enough, I took a sip and it was horrible. Tasted like iced milk with a dash of coffee in it. Not sure what the problem is, because I know the drinks have set recipes with allotted numbers of shots. The only thing I could think of is that sometimes they put too much milk or caramel and cant fit all of the espresso drip in the cup, so they short the espresso. Nothing bugs me more than paying over 5 dollars for a drink that tastes horrible. Please guys - take more care.

If arriving in a car the design here is horrible. Both the drive thru and the exit onto Norwalk are poorly designed. If you have a large vehicle you are hard pressed to make the turns without hitting the curbs. If you park in one of the parking spaces you run the risk of being parked in by the drive thru line. There is no indoor seating, however there are about 7 tables for outdoor patio seating. Staff are friendly but service can be a bit slow. No fault of the employees, due to limited work space appears like they cant add more staff to handle the busy times.

Great service if you get the right batista. If not, youre hating life. Parking sucks, drive through sucks (there is literally a small hill you drive up and down in the drive through), getting into or out of this place sucks (accident waiting to happen. Blind turn onto Norwalk, and stops traffic on Beverly), no inside seating which sucks, and when they mess up your order (actually had it happen a few times) that sucks. Otherwise, its just a Starbucks.

Not sure of the girls name working today 2-22-16 at 5:16pm(Drive through). Gave the girl $20.70 for a $10.70 bill. She came back asking if I wanted to break the $20 because I only gave her $20.50. Not sure if her till was short and trying to make it up but I didnt want to fight over 20 cent. Had to scramble around the car looking for 20 cents because I hate change. This is the kind of stuff I really hate. Get it together guys. :/

Rude, rude, rude. One bad apple ruined it for the whole store. I had a large order and the skinny kid little guy refused to write the names on my cups. He put a marker in front of me and said, "here, you can write the names". So rude. I dont work at starbucks, I dont know what all their abbreviations stand for...total waste of my time because he didnt want to do his job!

I am very unsatisfied with the service of the employees at this location. 4 times in a row I have ordered a hot drink and they are served old and warm. Some employees there consistently give the customers a hard time. I hold Starbucks respectively high in standards, this location is not to the standard.

Big mistake made when moved from previous location across the street; used to frequent this place at least once a week. I recently went at night, too cold to stand outside waiting for a hot drink. And too hot outside during the Summer. Rather go somewhere else. Sorry Starbucks.
