Slightly dissapointed with a baristas service with the recent trip. I always go to this neiborhood starbucks inside vons, and always liked going there for the friendly services there. This time I ordered a frappaccino, stuck the straw in, couldnt sip anything. With the second attempt, I got small chunks of ice. Ive asked the barista to redo the frappuccino, and let her know there were chunks of ice in there. It was all fine until she said to me to ask for a double blended next time. I told her again the word chunks of ice. And she said the same thing again, this time with a tone. I think she totally missed the point, even with a regular order, there shouldnt be any ice chunks in a frappuccino. What I didnt like about this experience was that I was treated like I didnt know my order and that it was my problem.
