My husband and I are saddened to be upset enough to write this very bad review about our experience today at Kimmies Fullerton. First, we had to ask for a waitress to take our order after waiting 20mins.(no apology) Then while waiting another 40mins. before our food came out, we had to ask for more coffee and were never offered anymore water.(no apology) No one ever checked on us as we watched people who sat after us get their food before us. As our food was placed before us by a different waitress (never saw our original waitress again) I asked what was going on since wed been there for an hour already. She blamed the kitchen being backed up with bigger parties and messing up some other orders. (Now we got an apology) Thats still no excuse for the horrible service we received. I was a waitress, so I know. Again, no one ever came to check on us to see how our food was. Unfortunately even though my husband and I live in Fullerton and only 5mins. away from this one, we will be sure to drive all the way down to the Orange Circle Kimmies location where we have always received excellent service.

Went it in on memorial day at 1230ish. We were seated 10 mins later. It seemed like it had been moderately busy but the crowd now thinned out. A very small area inside with seating outside as well. We were given the option of where to sit with a recommendation of counter being best area by our waitress. Ordered our drinks and then waited to place our food order. We then saw our waitress in front of us cash others out, clean spots, give others refills, ask others if they needed anything, etc. We gave them the benefit of the doubt since it looked like it had been moderately busy but when we noticed that there were barely a handful of individuals left and still had not been acknowledged after 20 mins; that was the sign to split. Seems our waitress was very absent minded and waitresses are more about themselves. Other waitress did look at us but decided not to say anything. Probably good for locals and regulars. I recommend Arthurs, Grits or Early Bird.

HOLY COW!!!!! What a great breakfast. This is our new "spot" for sure. We found Kimmies about 3 months ago and been to a Kimmies atleast 10xs since. You will never leave here hungry, )unless you placed your order to go). The waitresss are awesome, and always make you feel welcome, are and are a pleasure to to be served by. The decor is super rad and very "down home" or "country". We love this place and cant wait to go back.

I normally really enjoy this place for the food. But lately its been going downhill. The manager is too busy talking and not working. I just sat down at the counter, waited 10 minutes, made eye contact with all three girls behind the counter, yet, not one one then acknowledged me or offered me a beverage. It was not busy at this particular moment either. If youre going to go to Kimmies, pick a different one.

The Staff does not greet you. Weve waited an average of 30 mins to be seated!! One guy waited for an hour! They forgot about him and I dont think they apologized. Weve been here twice and weve concluded that the owners are clueless when it comes to service...the food is great, but its not worth bad service and an average wait of 30 - 45 mins!

Ive been going here for over 5 years. They have several locations but my 2 favorite spots are the Fullerton and orange location. ..great food and fast service. ..happy Small town feeling. makes you feel like your visiting some place in the mid-west with a town of a few hundred people where everyone seems to know each other....love this place

I ordered French Toast because its one of my favorite breakfasts. Everything was excellent! The service, portion, and taste. Would definitely recommend. I sat in the outdoor area which was nice organized and had outdoor fans. Its great they do as it made the outdoor morning heat tolerable.

We have been enjoying the food and atmosphere of Kimmies grow from the very beginning. We live in the neighbourhood. Kimmie and her employees are like family. She has grown to multiple FINE breakfast eateries. There is usually a wait on weekends, but there ALWAYS is for GREAT FOOD!!!!!!

Love their cinnamon roll pancakes, coffee was so so. Restaurant is cute, but tiny and theyre crowded on weekends; they also have tables in the back patio. I came here with my husband only so the wait was around 15 minutes; not sure if you come in a big group.

If you go to Disney land or Knotts and dont go to kimmies coffee cup youre crazy. This place is a gem and the staff is awesome. I always grab a seat at the bar area and people watch. I absolutely love this place..

This place is really cozy hole in the wall type place, the food is usually pretty damn good, can gey pretty crowded sometimes especially since it is so small, service here is great though

I love this place!! Country style french toast is what I order here. Its french toast rolled in oats and pecans. Very good!! The place is cozy so get here early and often.
