This store is slow compared to other stores Ive gone to. I always order my drinks 15-20 minutes ahead of time because its usually not ready if you order the standard 5-10 minutes ahead. Very disorganized as well. Ive ordered travelers twice, and both times, the person from the day before didnt write down my order in their form (just on an old receipt), so when I went to pick it up the next day, I had to wait for my travelers because they didnt know about it. I was in a hurry too because it was for a meeting at work. They also had a manager fired for stealing thousands of dollars when the place first opened up. Its a great location, just terrible service.

We stopped by here on the way to Los Angeles and were looking for a coffee place by the freeway. We searched and found this location which was right off the freeway exit and werent busy at all. The service was friendly enough, but the drinks were made incorrectly! It was if he didnt hear the order at all. Needless to say, the drinks were remade. We stopped by in the evening so the area was dead, but if youre here during the day it seems like it would get pretty busy with all the office buildings nearby.

Saw a male employee using a broom to clean a counter. On 5/5/16 @ 11:27am. Health Department where r u. Made the wrong size of my drink. Instead of making a fresh one she threw that back into the blender and make my (fresh) drink with all of those topping from the wrong cup in it. Yum.... Manager please look at CCTV to verify my feedback.

Working in the "field" requires lots of Starbucks visits - dont agree with them politically but they run a great operation. This one is particularly spacious, quiet, great parking, clean restrooms without the stupid combination locks. It helps that this location is in the parking lot of Bank of the West and far from the local high school

Location is not ideal but thats kinda why i like this Starbucks. It is the best one in the area to study at. Plenty of parking, never an issue. Large dining area so no hassle finding a seat. Drinks are always great. Service is hit or miss however. Given the other things i like about this place, ill give bad service a pass.

I can never get a seat to sit inside. I got to sit outside in the windy area after 5 pm. I dont know how it is before 5 pm but I assume its the same. Its always crowded with wifi grabbers most not even doing anything productive. Its a Starbucks coffee shop not a Starbucks internet café.

Location near the 605 and 60 intersection freeways. I do have a drive-through zoo in and out in a jiffy and get back your Drive. Do notice people Starbucks to study so there is that. I like Starbucks so theres more of that.

They list their week hours to be to 930. At 8 they start kicking customers out by telling them they are closing soon. They will start to clean up and mop while its still 8 and they usually run out of there by 845.

Bugs flying around the table. Batista more focused on the mobil orders then indoor customers. Store is nice & quiet, but no cellphone reception near the counter area. probably 90% business comes from drive-thru

Do yourself a favor and dont mobile order. Plenty of times Ive come in, and drink is not ready or mistakenly given to someone else... it defeats the purpose of having your drink ready to go.

Very great place to get coffee, new location but they are never to busy. Very quick service, they have messed up a couple of times, but nothing major. Pumpkin cream cheese bar is delicious.
