The waitress we had was really lousy. She skipped our table numerous times when we were trying to grab her attention. It took our waitress literally 15-20 minutes to come back to our table and check how we were doing. She forgot multiple condiments and such that we requested. She even forgot to split the order and had us go up to the cashier and fix it. I feel for some reason the waitress just didnt like my friend and I from the start. No idea why. She was more than friendly to the table behind and around us, but for us? It was as if we didnt exist. Calling her effort the minimal possible would be a compliment. The food was decent, but the seating was kind of uncomfortable because of our pretty lousy experience with the waitress.

PARKING WARNING. DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING VALUABLE IN YOUR CAR. We were from out of town and had a rental. Had two laptops stolen, ipads and wallets STOLEN . They have a sign on the wall that days to make sure that items are covered in your car but it should day dont leave them in your car. Another guest had all her luggage stolen. The cops came and said this is a thing for this area so everyone is aware of this issue. The service and food were good it just was a bad experience because its a bar neighborhood. My son was devastated to lose his stuff. Wouldnt want this to happen to anyone else. They target rentals the cops said. If you have VALUABLES FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE. PLEASE DO NOT PARK HERE.

We waited for the food for 20+ minutes and when the food arrived, half of it was cold and half of it was warm. The waitress was giving us an attitude the whole time, and wont explain to us about the all u can eat. She just said u get lots of pancakes. We noticed she was less impatient with the other table. However she was very quick when we were almost done, we were very unhappy about that. We stayed there as long as the table next to us so I dont know if it was a cheap move to order all u can eat or asking her about the menu since we dont eat pancake very often. We dont want to go there again. Any other restaurant will offer better food and service.

One of my favorite all-time IHOPs anywhere in the country, and definitely best Ive been to in Bay Area. This location is in one of the iconic IHOP blue peak-roof buildings, not one of the newer, plain jane ones, so immediately its special. Bright interior. Serving staff -- at least at night when I usually go -- are awesome, especially Oscar. Food is better here than the other IHOPs in South SF and Daly City -- good chef. Again, Im talking about night crew, never been here daytime. Also, this location is open 24 hours on Fri & Sat nite, which is a big plus for me.

Compared to the last IHOP I visited, this one was much smaller. However, its IHOP, it had the same menu as the previous one I visited in LA and the food was of similar satisfying quality. The meal I had was something called bacon crusted chicken which consisted of bacon (obviously), cheese, potatoes, chicken (again, obviously!) and hollandaise sauce. It was very tasty!

Been coming here for 35 years. Still the best one I have ever been to, and I have been to many! Staff is great and have been here a long time. The manager is on top of everything! Thanks for making my familys meals enjoyable!

This is a great place if you want a quick and delicious breakfast (or brunch) if you are really tired when you just woke up. Great views and great service this is a must go if you are in South San Franscisco.
