Have only visited this location after midnight, after night work, often to find they are closed, which would be fine, except for the 24/7 designation and "Open" neon sign. My last interaction with this store was about four months ago. At the drive through speaker, the employee acquiesced; "Im sorry dude, I cant understand any of this. Can you come to the window?" Which I did, and we started over. "Could I get the Grilled Breakfast Sandwich combo with orange juice?" A minute passes as the dude stares at the key pad, as if the mysteries of the universe are presented in touchscreen format. I said "This isnt going to happen, is it?" He responded "Nawh, no way man." The overnight Troutdale Jack in the Box crew has access to some serious chronic. And the overnight shift has no problem indulging. Sorry Jack, no sale was made. Not for the lack of customers.

I came here around 8pm through drive thru and they have the worst customer service ever. The lady taking the order was rushing me with taking my order when there was only one car ahead of me and none behind. Once i was finally at the window, the lady taking the order started handing out some of my food then came back asking me that she forgot what i order cause the screen was erased. I then told her my order all over again. She still didnt get my order right. Then once I got home i notice they gave me fries that has probably been sitting out for awhile. I knew because she had mixtures of regular and curly fries and i never even asked for curly fries. Plus, the fries were very hard and cold. Im so disappointed with the service and this have been by far the worst ive ever experienced. I wont be coming to this location ever again.

Its supposed to be open 24 hours but thats not the case. Its 4:15am, after sitting in the drive thru for 3 minutes with no response, a quiet voice informed us that the location was closed. I then asked why it was listed as being open 24 hours. She then changed her story and said that the system was down and couldnt accept any orders. Asked for the manager, she said there wasnt one working. Called the location number, hoping to catch a manager. Nobody answered. No voicemail. This isnt the first time this has happened. Last time we went, they said the grill was closed. ??? Boo!!

Dont get me wrong, I love Jack in the Box, but this place was something else. After seeing one person getting serviced at the drive through window, I pulled up to the speaker to order. I get told the drive through is closed due to a shift change... I go inside to see that there isnt even anybody inside waiting for food. I ended up waiting 10 minutes for 2 basic sandwiches and old fries. Ive worked in fast food before, so Im pretty lenient with fast food places. Never have I experienced such a bad time... I didnt know my favorite treat could be ruined so badly.

Drive thru was closed because they were between shifts? Never did that when I worked fast food. No note, or anything, got to the speaker, told to turn around... Went inside, and all of two people were waiting for their orders. I ordered my food, and they made the food out of order. Yeah I got my food within 5 minutes, but the poor other two people looked like they were waiting for a while. As we were leaving the cook and cash register lady were screaming at each other about making the food out of order. The place is a circus and I wont be back

The only reason this is even getting two stars is because the food was great. The service on the other had was terrible. Now I understand they are understaffed but that does not excuse not being acknowledged at the drive through window for about 15 minutes when two employees are standing right in front of you. Also the woman working was not an ounce of friendly and was to lazy to put any effort into handing off any food/drink or payment and obviously did not care about providing a good experience.

Only my second experience at a JB, but not happy at all this time either! $3.49 for bacon cheddar wedges... No cheese or bacon on these, so what exactly did I pay for? Asked the chick behind the counter that had "Amy squirrel" syndrome & hey reply was "ya, theres not a lot of cheese" then prompted me for a refund. Smfh Ive worked in customer service before and that is NOT how you are to handle a complaint in the fast food industry..... no wonder it was dead insider & out. I WONT BE BACK!!!

They are not 24hrs, although they have several neon signs saying they are open, and the drive-through is open. I have gone up here several times in the middle of the night, either no one answers at the drive-through, or someone will respond letting me know they are closed, and they usually are rude as if Im interupting their sleep. They serve food that tastes and appears to be old. By far the worst Jack in the Box location.

Went through your drive thru at wood village and found a loogie on top of my chicken sandwhich, and to be treated with such hostility like Im ruining the employees night for ordering food was disrespectful, especially when Im polite to them and say thank you but hear them shout over the speaker your welcome, NOT!!!! Puke. Yes this makes me want to visit your establishment oh so much

Pull into drive through, asked to wait 5 min. Ok, I guess but fast food should = fast. About 15 min later they still have not gotten back to me. I then try the lobby; though it says it is open until 10pm, I am unable to get in (time 8pm). If you want to make money by producing a product; blocking the customer from getting or paying for the product is not a good business strategy.

JIB corporate or regional management needs to read these reviews. Clearly this location has a management issue. The attitude I got from Mike tonight was beyond unacceptable. My colleagues and I have been turned away or ignored at this location more times than weve been helped (usually during overnight hours) . COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!! (Jack is not impressed)

This place has the worst customer service. Stood in line with one customer in front of us for about ten mins. The employees were visiting with friends too busy for customers. The restrooms were so nasty. Not a clean table. We took our money over to Burger king where we were greeted as soon as we walked in to their CLEAN restaurant.

This place has the worse customer service ever. I called the gm and got replacement meals and she asked to please give them a second chance . So I did so and still bad customer service and had to wait 30mins for food and everyone that came in got there food right away and we were still waiting. The manager was extremely rude.

I normally dont stop at Jack in the Box but when I do its one thing and one thing only: the munchie meals. Best value and best tasting things you can get, in my opinion. But this restaurant got me my meal with things just not tasting as fresh, hot and ready as other locations. Otherwise it was fine.
